Three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment in Coto Real. The apartment is nicely furnished, has it's own wifi connection, air conditioning throughout, good size lounge with fireplace and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The large terrace is partially covered and furnished with a table, six chairs, sofa, arm chairs and two sunbeds. From the terrace there are views to the sea, mountain and the communal swimming pool.
The complex has a selection of communal pools, underground parking, 24 hour security and is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and its bars, restaurants and beaches.
