Cute 2BR, 1BA upgraded condo on 68th Street and oceanblock. Just one building back from the ocean! Indirect ocean view from the furnished balcony. Walk to everything from this unit - the beach, shops & dining. Bed sizes include 1 queen and 2 singles + a pull out that can sleep 2! One parking space. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Good for long weekend

Great location- close to ocean, just one flight of steps up to unit, near shops, dining, grocery market, etc. but far enough away from the crowded lower streets. No TVs in bedrooms- need to update online photos, otherwise met description. Property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you.

When walking into the place you were immediately greeted with stains all over the carpet. When walking around the place we continued to notice food and crumbs all throughout thee house. Ramin noodles in the carpet goldfish crumbs all throughout property. Chips all over queen bedroom. Wrappers left behind and gummies. Didnt want to go on vacation and have to immediately clean the place. Description told us toilet paper was supplied, but no toilet paper. Toenail clippings on couch. Have no idea how the cleaning people did not see any of this mess. Tv did not work the entire time. We will nevwr come back. Very disheartening for a family vacation.

Perfect location

The best part of our stay was having the beach less than 100 yards away. Not to mention the parking and friendly neighbors :)

Great place, great location, great time.

Pure luck finding the place as the dates opened back up after almost booking another. Grocery, coffee/ice cream shop, beach shop all within a block. The beach 100ft away, not crowded at all. An attentive and pleasant property contact. All for a great price. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.
