At the end of the street there is a public access path feeding directly into the beach. At that location there is a beach cabana where guests can rent umbrellas and chairs.
The Ocean City Library, churches, & EV charging stations are on the same block.
This location is close to the beach, near restaurants, bars, transportation, 2 grocery stores and cinema.

The surrounding complex is uniquely wooded, and the adjoining waterfront is managed by the State of Maryland Natural Resources making bird and wildlife watching easy from the 2nd floor screened and glass enclosed back porch. Our community is peaceful and friendly. Relax and enjoy!

Beach gear, including beach towels. Bath towels for the number of people specified in your reservation are provided.
Toiletries.
Paper goods. An initial one roll of paper towels & 4 rolls of toilet paper are provided.
Pillows, if you will use more than 8.
Sheets for 2 single (twin) size beds, if you plan to use the fold-outs on the enclosed back porch. Sheets for the travel crib, if you plan to use the pack n play. 1 set of clean sheets are on the King and Queen size beds in the bedrooms, upon arrival.
Food/drinks including coffee & bottled water.
Baby equipment can be rented, and a suggestion is A to Z Rentals.

* Other things to know *
Animals & smoking are not permitted on the premises.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the reservation.

The cleaning fee covers the cost to clean the unit between reservations, clean sheets on 2 beds upon arrival, bath towels for the number of guests stated in your reservation, and initial kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The building is a mid-rise and there is no elevator.

Outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and not open year-round.
