The house is located on the granite rock formations of Cala Ginepro, a beautiful residence in San Teodoro, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
It is a very relaxing and peaceful place both day and night.
The Villa consists of:

- 2 bedrooms with single beds and folding bed
- 3 bathrooms with shower
- 1 living room with sofa bed
- kitchen
- large outdoor terrace of about 100 square meters with sea view
- outdoor shower

Possibility of having a rubber dinghy at your disposal from the Cala Ginepro beach for a fantastic excursion in the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Capo Coda Cavallo.
