Modern style, well furnished three bedroom townhouse in Magna Manilva. Amazing views to Gibraltar and Africa from the front terrace and the roof terrace. The house has a fully fitted kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a basement with an extra bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. The terraces have plenty of seating for eating or just relaxing and enjoying the views.



There is also a communal swimming pool in the complex.

No blackout blinds or curtains in any of the bedrooms - unusual for Mediterranean- many places I’ve been to have shutters or blinds so if you are not a fan of bright bedrooms bring some sleeping blindfolds
