Wonderful stay

We had a perfect stay at Casa Victor. Everything was fine. The house was super clean and Victor very nice. In the middle of the week we got some new towels. Also the swimming pool was very big and got cleaned in the morning usually. We will defenetly come back!

Víctor is a fantástic host and he helped us out enjoyong every second in his place. Super tidy home, very well equipped kitchen with induction rather than gas, nice pool and very well located if you plan to go to playa de Migjorn. I want to stress one episode in particular that will highlight his and his family’s attention to his guests: I sent a package from Italy with goods and stuff for my little one (2 years) but it was delayed due to the courier’s inefficiency. On the day of delivery the driver called him and said that he was not going to deliver it and was going to send it back to Italy. Not only did he manage to convince him to leave it at a stall at La Savina but he also arranged for his son to pick it up and bring it home. Thanks a lot Victor it was a memorable holiday and look forward to keeping in touch for our next time in Formentera

Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Verständigung war gut obwohl Victor nur spanisch spricht. Ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

La casa muy bien pero al propietario le molestaba que los niños metieran ruido en la piscina. El también usaba la piscina. Y le molestaba que viniera gente a vernos. A la casa un 10 al propietario un 0

El propietario tiene todo el derecho que las instalaciones , de la casa se conserven en buen estado para que vosotros y los huéspedes que vengan después . El comportamiento no fue nada ejemplar , sacando cientos de litros de agua de la piscina cada dia , llenando de suciedad el agua y entorno , nunca se ducharon al llegar de la playa llenando de arena la piscina . Las normas dicen claramente que hay que pasar por la ducha antes de entrar en el agua . Yo me baño en la piscina y no molesto a nadie , la piscina es compartida y no exclusiva de los huéspedes de Casa Victor . Nunca me he opuesto a las visitas , siempre que se comunique .

Es hat und sehr gefallen, Preisleistung ist perfekt. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Viktor (er war leider gesundheitlich Abwesend, seiner Frau übernahm) war über die App und den Google Übersetzer einfach und unkompliziert die Antworten kamen immer innert Minuten. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt innder Casa Viktor 5 Sterne
