Located literally 1' from the yacht marina this extremely spacious (80m2) and luxurious apartment, is the best solution for your stay.
Everything is brand new: furniture, TVs, linen, and kitchen appliance.
You can enjoy a romantic walk by the marina, have a coffee or a drink watching the sea and the yachts!
Placed in a very quiet neighborhood, it is ideal for travellers on tourism or business, big families with children, couples seeking a romantic weekend and as a stopover for the islands.
Having an easy access being on the ground floor, this apartment can host up to six people. There are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, spacious closets, a LED HD TV and an A/C unit.
An extra couple can sleep on the big sofa bed in the sitting room.
Enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the dining room (seats up to 6 people) and relax by watching your favorite movie on the satellite 60" LED TV!
Next door to the apartment is a beauty salon.
Right opposite is a big super market.
Exactly on the corner (5 meters away) is a cafe with a beautiful sea view where someone can have a coffee or snack.

Great location, wonderful host!

We booked Alkyoni because the location was in the neighborhood where my father grew up. It was close to Marina Zeas with restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, a pharmacy and grocery store all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Maria is a great host and responded to questions right away. She even had a new shower faucet installed for us! We will definitely return!
