Mas del Serranet cottage

Our rural house was born from the farmhouse rehabilitation project where our ancestors lived, a country house at the foot of the natural park of the Ports, in the town of Horta de Sant Joan. It offers a privileged location in one of the most virgin places of Catalonia, perfect for hiking, getting lost taking long walks and enjoying the wild nature. It is ideal to disconnect and spend a few days with family or friends. The house has a large garden with pool and waterfall, perfect for the whole family to enjoy. We also have an organic garden, and pets are allowed. The whole house has been decorated with the idea of preserving the maximum of original elements, such as the large stone oven where the family's grandmother made the bread, the mill where the grandfather made the wine or the stairs carved in natural stone. All combined with elements of great comfort such as beds with high-end mattresses and high-quality appliances, and custom-made furniture to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.
We use sustainable energy to generate house energy, such as biomass and solar panels. We have Wi-Fi connection and covered parking area, and we serve welcome breakfast with local products to start the holidays in the best way.
