Situated in a tranquil residential development which has a swimming pool and is set in lovely gardens, our ground floor, spacious three bedroomed apartment is close to all amenities. The famous Marbella 'micro-climate' (cooler in summer and warmer in winter) ensures that this is a perfect holiday location.

The apartment, with the stunning La Concha mountain forming the back drop and a short distance (2K) from the sea, is ideally located for a variety of activities. It is close to the excellent facilities of Marbella (3K) and Puerto Banús (7k) and 35 minutes’ drive from the airport at Málaga.

The apartment is air conditioned with marble flooring throughout. All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished.

The spacious lounge, equipped with WiFi, TV (UK channels only), DVD player and stereo, opens on to a large terrace and small private garden. The separate kitchen is well equipped. There is also a utility area suitable for drying clothes.

The garage parking is accessible via stairs or lift. There is also ample on-street (free) parking should extra parking be required.

The apartment is suitable for those with restricted mobility though, as the lift is quite small and our door frames are the old standard width, wheelchair users may not find it suitable. There are steps up to the pool area so please be aware of this in case it is an issue for you. Please check with us if in any doubt.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Please note that we are obliged to supply the police in Marbella with passport details and date of stay for each guest over 16 years of age.

We are also obliged by the Local Authorities to keep guest information (name, address, rental and invoice details) on file for three years after which it is destroyed.

Why they chose this property

Marbella is an ideal base from where to explore the rest of the region, whether you are interested in history, culture or sport. The famous white village, Mijas, is a 30 minute drive from the apartment while historic Ronda is an hour away and the beautiful city of Malaga, about 45mins by car, has much to offer. There is lots of information in the apartment of places to visit as well as maps and leaflets that might be of use to you.

And of course you're probably aware that the Costa del Sol is nicknamed the Costa del Golf, with umpteen golf courses in the vicinity.

Marbella Old Town with its lovely narrow streets and popular Orange Square is well worth a visit. You will find many small shops, bars and restaurants there, as well as in the more modern areas of Marbella.

Puerto Banús (the 'yuppie' marina area) has lots of shops (including el Corte Ingles), restaurants and clubs as well as the famous marina with many expensive yachts to drool over and, perhaps, a celebrity or two to spot!

What makes this property unique

Our apartment has the advantage in being part of a lovely, quiet, small development away from the hustle and bustle of a busy resort. However if you want hustle and bustle, you won't have to go far!

With the stunning La Concha mountain forming the back drop and a short distance from the sea, we are ideally located for a variety of activities including golf, walking, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, jet-skiing, water parks and much more. The beach is 2k away and we are close to the excellent facilities of Marbella (4k) and Puerto Banús (5.5k).

Shops: Supermarkets (Carrefour and Lidl), pharmacy and cafes/restaurants 1.5k from apartment.

Local bus: Good service available from the main road, 1.5k from the apartment, while there is a regular though infrequent service adjacent to apartment.

There is an up-to-date and extensive Information Folder in the apartment which should answer all your questions on the apartment and area, including information on activities, local walks and markets as well as the famous White Towns, Ronda and Malaga.
