Beautiful townhouse in the ideally located community of Marbellamar on Marbella's ultra-exclusive Golden Mile, just steps away from wonderful Casablanca Beach; walk out of your door and the beach is in front of you!

Casa la Concha is a pristine three storey townhouse in the small and very exclusive Marbellamar community located on the best beach in Marbella in one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe, Marbella's famous Golden Mile. Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood. Surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) east along the Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa la Concha to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for celebrity spotting and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little further on.

There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street and taxis will come to the front door and are easy and cheap.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa la Concha have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa la Concha is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

Casa La Concha sleeps up to eight and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and excellent facilities. It has everything you will need; modern bathrooms, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more.

We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

Nothing is off limits in Casa la Concha, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the upper lounge leading to a balcony with sea views, to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities and BBQ. The property contains three spacious bedrooms on the first floor: two double bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, as well as a second-floor double bedroom with bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!!

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Please note that the swimming pool opening hours are as follows;

Easter:
From March 23 to March 30: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather)

From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

From June 15 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.

Nice and very convenient
The unit is perfect for a couple of families, with plenty of room and a nice outside patio. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and close to the midpoint between the historic area and Puerto Banus, ideal to visit all the great locations in Marbella
