Beautiful property, five minute walk from the centre of Salcombe. The hosts communicated regularly with us to check in, make sure all was OK and offered us brilliant local recommendations.
The Booty is beautifully done inside, with lots of attention to detail - plus a bottle of wine waiting for our wee break.
Was a great long weekend for us with our 2 yr old daughter, so a big thank you to the hosts for their advice, recommendations and friendly welcome.
We would definitely stay again!

I have been coming to Salcombe ever since I was a young child, visiting family and friends. The place is very special to me and to be able to welcome guests to this beautiful part of the country is wonderful.
As an interior designer, I have tried to use my experience to blend The Booty and it's big sister Merchants House into a luxury seaside retreat, that you never want to leave.
Why they chose this property
As a family when we go on holiday we enjoy spending time together and wherever possible parking the car and not touching it again until it is time to leave. Merchants House and The Booty certainly offer guests that and a whole lot more.
I designed the property to be a home from home, without compromise. The Booty has been finished to a very high standard throughout and even comes with a picnic blanket, and cool bag for your convenience.
As a family we fell in love with Salcombe and having completed the renovation and garden landscaping, I truly hope all of our guests enjoy the property as much as we do and have a wonderful holiday in Salcombe.

The property is very conveniently located for everything Salcombe has to offer, it benefits from private parking and an outdoor space with patio to enjoy the sun or for the children to play. We also offer our guests a bespoke an in house catering service to help make your stay that little bit special.
