It has two bedrooms: one second floor double and one second floor super-king-size ((zip/link, can be twin beds on request) with en suite shower. There is also a first floor family shower room. The first floor is home to an open-plan kitchen and dining area separate sitting room. Sandcastles 15A Folly Lane off Fore Street is the perfect place for exploring the coast and South Devon.
Amenities: Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a TV.
Wifi available.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Strictly No smoking.
1 well behaved dog by arrangement at £25 per week.
