Luxury French Manoir Beaulieu - Large private swimming pool - Exclusive use

At Manoir Beaulieu you’ll find the perfect balance of Parisian chic interiors and as many 18th century features we can preserve (wait until you see our wooden floors).

Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the refreshing pool along with a hectare of secret gardens to explore. Not forgetting the impressive grand barn with a 200 inch cinema screen, Xbox, pool table, table tennis & darts - you won’t be short on things to do.

The Manor House
Inside there are 5 large bedrooms, all with adaptable layouts, with: 2 super kings, 2 kings, 1 double bed and the option to add up to x2 single beds in the two biggest rooms accommodating for up to 12 guests. These are perfect for additional children (and especially for sleepovers!)

We're extremely family friendly, we don't charge extra for cots or high chairs so please let us know how many you need when booking and we will accommodate. We'll even throw in a few toys giving you extra room in the suitcase!

All bath, hair, face & pool towels are provided - along with luxurious, hotel quality 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding for that extra sumptuous feel.

You'll have private access to the expansive 12x6 pool (open May to September) during your stay, equipped with plenty of deck chairs, sun loungers and even a poolside dining area.

We can provide delicious and locally sourced food throughout your stay, all cooked by our in-house chef. These include extravagant first night barbecues cooked alongside the pool, pizza nights cooked on our wood-fired pizza oven, decadent French breakfasts all the way to special occasion feasts. Please enquire when booking.

Attached to the main house you’ll find an adjoining barn - decked out with table tennis, pool table, darts and other indoor games - perfect for those seeking the shade. There are secret gardens, fruit & nut trees scattered around Manoir Beaulieu waiting to be explored (and picked!).

Within the Manor House there are plenty of indoor and outdoor dining areas - along with a large lounge with adjoining library and an extensively equipped modern kitchen. Outside there’s the breathtaking terrace with rolling countryside and pool views perfect for dining in style, or inside the grand barn for that unusual holiday dining experience.

We also host small and intimate weddings for up to 70 people at Manoir Beaulieu. Get in touch directly if you’d like to know more or host your special day in style in the South West of France.

Guest access
When renting Manoir Beaulieu you will have full rein of the Manor House. This includes the 5-bedroom house itself, the adjoining barn, the exclusive pool and surrounding grounds and gardens. There is also ample parking directly in front of the Manor House in the courtyard.

Check in & check out: Check in from 17.00pm. Check out by 10.00am

Minimum night stay: 7 nights between the end of June - beginning of September (Saturday to Saturday), 3 nights minimum outside of this

Children: All ages welcome. If you need any cots or high chairs we can provide at no extra cost

Pets: Sorry, no pets

Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the house. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee due to damage from smoking

Bedding and towels: We supply all bedding; pillows, top sheets and cosy duvets (all very sumptuous!) along with bath, hand and pool towels for everyone – giving you more room in your suitcase

The quaint French village of Salles-Lavalette is a 5-minute walk away from the Manor house. It hosts a traditional French Boulangerie (the best for miles!), French restaurant and bar along with a stunning 15th century church. It's quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking a typically French retreat.

Getting around
Manoir Beaulieu is nestled within the remote French countryside, perfect for switching off and relaxing, but it’s essential to have a car to get to us. Local amenities, such as pharmacies and supermarkets, are a 10 minute drive away and there is ample French countryside on our doorstep for the intrepid walkers and cyclers. We can provide the best routes (tried and tested by us) along with recommendations for days by the river or good kayaking spots.
