Excellent apartment on the slopes

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment is on the first floor in the Giomein C section complex and is also accessible by lift.
It has a single window in the living room with a view of Plan Maison; the artificial LED lighting in the rooms makes it still bright.
The living room is partially covered with wooden beading, so as to recall the mountain style.
The floor is in parquet, and in tiles (bathroom and kitchen).
The apartment consists of:
- Living room with sofa bed, table 6 extendable chairs, TV, SAT connection cable (decoder not included);
- Small kitchen equipped with 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, sink, kettle, 130lt fridge. A "DOLCE GUSTO" coffee machine is available (Excluding capsules which are charged to the guest);
- Loft 1.8 meters high, with double bed and wardrobe;
- Room with a 1 and a half square bunk bed, set in a niche in the corridor, with sliding doors to ensure the privacy of the people;
- Blind bathroom with shower tray, 80lt boiler, hairdryer;
- Large storage room with drawers, shelves and clothes hangers;
- In the basement SKI BOX lockable with key.

In the closet there is a bob and a bodyboard available for guests.

All guests who make a stay during the winter period will also receive a "WINTER CARD" at check-in, which entitles them to discounts at shops, restaurants and affiliated facilities.

In summer, a "SUMMER CARD" will be delivered, which gives the right to the same benefits.

WHAT TO DO
In summer it is an excellent starting point for walkers, suitable for everyone, from tourist routes to those for expert hikers.
There are walks to the numerous alpine lakes to the Grande Balconata del Cervino, where you can also enjoy pleasant encounters with marmots, squirrels, hares and foxes.
The laziest can take advantage of the numerous ski lifts that allow you to quickly reach very scenic destinations.
Trekking or alpine climbing lovers can try the Cervino tour and reach the numerous mountain huts.
On the Plateau Rosà glacier you can ski even in summer and can be reached starting from the cable car a few steps from the apartment.
For those wishing to Cervinia there is also an 18-hole golf course.
It is also possible to walk along countless trails on mountain bikes or on horseback, jump off the terraces with paragliding, or simply have a picnic in the equipped areas.

In winter it is possible to reach the ski slopes of the Cervino ski area directly from the apartment, one of the largest ski areas in the Alps, set in a unique landscape.
The slopes that overlook Cervinia are connected to those of Valtournanche for a total of 150km of slopes, which become 350km if you want to take advantage of the international connection with Zermatt.
Do not miss the Ventina trail that connects the 3480m of the Plateau Rosà with the center of Cervinia.
For the daredevils of snowboarding there is the highest snowpark in Europe equipped for freestyle.
For those who want to experience snow in a different way, it is possible to practice cross-country skiing, go for walks with snowshoes, ski touring, excursions with snowmobiles.
For those who want close to the apartment there is also an ice skating rink.
