Sicilian rustic style villa with a splendid sea view.
Sea view apartment with entrance on the ground floor, barbecue for excellent barbecues, outdoor shower for the sea, parking space.
The interior consists of a kitchenette with sea view, dining room with sofa bed (140 * 200) with sea view, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, there are washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV.
The exterior is furnished with garden furniture, veranda with table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner all overlooking the sea, veranda-solarium with deck chairs, relaxation area with sofas and armchairs all overlooking the sea.
Upon your arrival you will find the traditional welcome basket (Sicilian wines and Sicilian sweets).
The price includes the consumption of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, final cleaning service, supply of bed linen and towels with linen change and rearrangement of the apartment every three days.

Die Hygiene...

Das Ausblick ist toll, wenn auch weit weg und ohne Zugang zum Meer. Auch nach Scaccia sind es gut 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Herd ist alt, die Betten durchgelegen. Aber was gar nicht geht ist die Hygiene! Kakerlaken im Badezimmer und die Reinigung erfolgte auch nicht alle 3 Tage. Die Putzfrau kam zwar in 10 Tagen 2 mal, aber gesäubert hat sie nichts - zumindest nicht erkennbar. Immerhin gab es neue Handtücher. Ansonsten ist es sehr hellhörig! Man versteht jedes Wort und jedes Körpergeräusch der Nachbarn. Dir Anreise war leider auch sehr abenteuerlich, weil es keine genaue Adresse mit Hausnummer gab. Insgesamt würden wir die Schulnote 4 (gerade so ausreichend) geben.

Magnifique

Quelle magnifique endroit ! un jardin paysagé incroyable, fleurs, arbustes, citronniers, 2 terrasses aménagées avec des transats, fauteuils, vue sur la mer et calme. La location est très propre, bien équipée, 2 chambres, moustiquaires aux fenêtres, lave linge, canapé lit, salle d'eau petite mais suffisante, wifi... A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueilli. De plus, comme cadeau de bienvenue, on nous a offert une bouteille de vin sicilien et une assiette de canoli, le dessert sicilien. Je recommande cette location qui permet de profiter de la plage, environ 10 mn à pied ; et de visiter le site d'Agrigente, environ 60 kms. La ville de Sciacca se trouve à environ 10 kms.

Points positifs : les extérieurs de la villa sont superbes, spacieux,le calme,la vue. Literie confortable, changement drap et serviettes tous les 3 jours, merci à Enza Appartement bien en général mais plus petit que présenté sur le site "60m2" parfait pour 2. Points négarifs : rénovation à faire sur la douche pas de mitigeur, paroie et contour douche , pas de plan de travail pour préparation repas, 3 coupures d'électricité en 10 jours. Pas de commerce, épicierie "de quartier" à moins de ou 8 kms, plage accessible à 1 kms env. en voiture sauf pour les sportifs ... par temps très chaud ... Un grand MERCI à GUESEPPE pour son accueil, sa réactivité à régler les problèmes, sa disponibilité et sa gentilesse et bien sûr iil parle français et anglais ce qui est un grand plus pour les touristes ne parlant pas italien. Nous conseillons cette location

maison bonnes vacances

effectivement maison bonnes vacances,très bonnes vacances même !!!!! nous avons avons vraiment apprécié ce logement durant notre séjour de 15 jours en sicile ,la maison est impeccable, situé à environ 5 km du centre ville de sciacca qui est une très belle ville ,dans un quartier très calme , bonne literie , très bien équipé possédant toutes les commodités,tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur . très bon accueil avec de gentilles attentions de la part du propriétaire malgré notre heure tardive d'arrivée la vue est superbe comme sur la photo , c'est un vrai régal que de prendre nos repas devant un tel spectacle !! la plage est à 10 mn à pied, l'eau à 25 degré !! en sortant de l'eau vous prenez una cremina di caffé a la baia del sol un petit restaurant bar qui est sur la plage ou le soir vous descendez y manger . on y mange très bien pour un prix très abordable l'équipe est très sympa !!! vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu !! une des plus belle maison depuis que nous voyageons en italie !! merci au propriétaire ainsi qu' a son staff pour leur gentillesse casa bono vacanze véramente !!!!

Posto da Favola

Vacanza indimenticabile.Siamo stati in 5 per il carnevale di Sciacca. Il proprietario pazientissimo,considerando il nostro ritardo all arrivo di più di 6 ore. Posizionata a pochi minuti dal centro,vista panoramica mozzafiato,ottima pulizia e dotata di ogni confort;indimenticabili grigliate al barbecue. Siamo stati in inverno main estate credo sia il massimo che si possa trovare nella zona di Sciacca,con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La consiglio vivamente a tutti e colgo l occasione per salutare i proprietari Spero di ritornare presto Giuseppe ed i suoi amici di Trapani
