Villa Alipinta is located within the residential complex of Capannizza just 500 meters from the popular white sanded beach of Sa Capannizza .The Capannizza residence complex is directly located in front of the main access road to the famous 3 km long white sandy beach of Budoni. On the other hand it's less than 1 km from the center of the town of Budoni where all the necessary services are found such as the bank, caffes, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and more.

The HEATED POOL will be open from the begin of April until begin of November .

Excellent Stay

Wonderful property, lovely quiet location but within easy reach of beach and local amenities. The pool was especially well used. Check in and out very easy and property manager was very easy to contact, would defiantly recommend.

Very comfortable stay, great amenities, great location to town and beach Rooftop was a bonus. Communication with homeowners was easy and responsive. We look forward to coming back.

Great villa

Great private villa with well stocked kitchen. Host’s were very accommodating and allowed us early check in and were happy to recommend places to eat etc. Would recommend having a car with children as the walk to town is around 20 minutes and the route to the beach requires crossing a busy road. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing time

Had a great time at Villa Alipinta, the villa is high spec with a big pool and beautiful views. Very quiet location, 15mn from the beach and 20 mn to the town centre which was great as we didn't have a car. Highly recommended !

Beautiful villa well-located for Budoni beach and town

We had an incredible stay at Villa Alipinta! Thank you so much to Pasquale for great communication and easy check-in. My husband and I stayed with our children (aged 4 and 3) and my sister and her boyfriend. There was enough room for all of us comfortably. The pool is just perfect, the children loved it! And both the beach and town centre are within 10-15 minutes walking distance but we mostly drove because of the children. Lots and lots of great restaurants in Budoni town, and a great base to explore the Costa Smeralda.
