Hotel Residence Luana ** - Viareggio

We are a Hotel located in the center of Viareggio, just 200 meters from the sea.
We have mini-residences that are composed of two rooms: a bedroom and a living room / kitchen where there is a double sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
They are equipped with: private bathroom, air conditioning, digital TV, digital safe, telephone, hair dryer (to be requested upon arrival), free high speed WiFi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
We offer a hotel service: daily cleaning of the rooms (except kitchen utensils) and daily change of towels.
In the structure it is not possible to smoke, except in the terrace.
The structure is situated along the parallel of the famous promenade of Viareggio. Nearby there are many shops, bars restaurants supermarkets, laundries etc. Just 300 meters away is the bus arrival station from Pisa airport; the train station is 900 meters away.
We cooperate with a beautiful bathing establishment (250 meters from us) that offers very advantageous rates to our customers.
On request it is also possible to take advantage of our excellent breakfasts: breakfast is buffet style and we prepare savory pies and desserts.
