Nice apartment but a shame about the building work next door!

The apartment was well located and pleasant for the stay. Only issue was that for two mornings there was building working next door starting at 7.30am so not ideal for a holiday. I think this should be communicated to visitors and they should be offered the chance to change the booking.

Lots of space

This apartment was large and comfortable and had a well equiped kitchen . Lots of room to spread out. Really appreciated the washing machine ! The apartment was quiet and had AC and fans in the bedrooms as well. Easy communication with the host and met us at the apartment. Roof top deck was a nice extra. We used it early in morning or late at night due to visiting in July (very hot) . The bathrooms (2)were fine , just a couple design flaws, tight space to close the door when getting to the toilet And water can get on the floor as the shower does not have a full enclosure. A litle water damage on door and around shower. Location was great, we were able to walk to sites easily . Convenience store close by as well as restaurants. Try the good Moroccan restaurant (Fez)around the corner . Host

gute Unterkunft für eine Woche

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief sehr gut. Für eine Woche ist die Unterkunft angemessen. Einige Möbel waren etwas "run out" ,zwei Stühle im Esszimmer nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, das Sofa etwas durchgesessen. Die Dachterasse der Unterkunft war prima, leider durch den Straßenlärm jedoch beeinträchtigt.

Gute Lage. Schön eingerichtet.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch gemütlich. Dicht im City Bereich. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Service der Agentur war super.

Great Apartment in Seville

Excellent apartment. Great location. Loved the roof top! We would recommend this apartment. I would suggest the owners fix the dining table. It tends to wobble and is an accident waiting to happen with wine glasses. Other than that, fantastic!!

Ave Menendez appartment

Property was very much as shown on site. The terrace was great. It's on a fairly busy road but the bedrooms are at the back. It's well located and has some really lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Pizza place just round the corner was great for pizza on the roof terrace but we mainly ate out. Good property and we had a great time in Seville.
