This charming duplex apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles, antique doors and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.
The entrance to the apartment is through a private patio decorated with a table, chairs, fountain and plants. The patio is an ideal place to have breakfast or to eat some tapas, particularly during the hot summer months. There is an extendable canopy on the roof to give shade.
At the back of the patio, we come to a pleasant living-dining area, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness. There is a corner sofa, coffee table, armchair and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances, oven and dishwasher included. There is a laundry room in the shared terrace with 2 washing machines.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Both rooms are calm and quiet to sleep, with windows facing the central patio.
Next to bedroom 2 is the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.
Other features: air-conditioning, heating, underfloor heating, ceiling fans and a safe. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The apartment building is made up of 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.

We loved this place, has a very funky layout and great style - lots of lovely art. Felt very comfortable and cozy. The roof terrace was a spectacular highlight, for the views, sunbathing and sunset watching!

The 'Maeve' is a funky condo located in the marina, short walk to bars and restaurants. It had everything we were hoping for and more. The hosts had all the amenities we needed. We loved the place and would definitely book this again next year if available.

We enjoyed our month long stay in this Triana home. Magdalena was delightful, the home was clean and comfortable, and we particularly loved the rooftop patio.

We were greater by a young man who worked for the owner and he gave us the whole run down. Magdalena the owner was very hospitable as well. Very clean, rooftop access, laundry onsite, amazing views, full kitchen, we loved every moment! Conveniently located: close enough to town and the main Triana shopping area, far enough from all the noise and late nighters.

The Neighborhood was as advertised. Steps outside your door was a world of restaurants and bars, but far enough to not hear the noise.

May is the right time to enjoy Seville alfrescos, fiestas and night life. Everything works well in this apartment. It is on a quiet alley with good cafe/bars around the corner. Will return & recommend.

It was good. I think it’s overrated. I enjoyed staying in the neighborhood and enjoyed Seville. Property is dated and could be cleaner.
Family of 3 stayed 4 nights and fully enjoyed the apartment. Entire apartment is built up from the ground floor patio with lovely original doors and windows all around. On cooler days, one can get good air circulating and no problem leaving the windows open, even at night, as the area is incredibly quiet. Kitchen is just big enough and beds are comfortable.
But the patio is the true icing on this layer cake. We must be lucky as it appeared no one else was staying in the other unit and we had the entire balcony to ourselves. Views of the cathedral and a few other monuments, lit at night, was a dream.

My friend and I stayed at this property for the month of February. The apartment was perfect for two women as it had two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The downstairs has a well equipped kitchen, a small dining room and livingroom. It was perfect for us. The area of Triana is super busy with bars and restaurants but once inside the apartment you don’t hear a thing. The check in process was fine and we were provided with lots of suggestions where to eat what flamenco show to go to etc. Sevilla is very walkable and being located in Triana makes it easy to go to the historical centre and other areas. The roof terrace was so special. I highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and modern apartment in an amazing location
First time visitors made easier by the apartment management company rep Joao Garrett. Helpful in explaining the area in english, things to do and where to park and so very grateful for him. The Triana neighborhood is awesome! So close to everything even my 79 yr old mother walked over to the Cathedral. We arrived on Holy Thursday exhausted but ready to go and we were not disappointed.The festivals were amazing and the apartment's quiet even with the festivals. It is a very clean apartment decorated nicely with artwork. Also the terrace above was nice to see the city from high. Loved going to Santa Ana' Church for Easter service and had some of the best food ever over at Casa Manolo. Totally, totally loved this place, the heated floors and the neighborhood. YES! I would recommend this place to any friend traveling to Seville.
What a find! The apartment is fantastic. Located in a very quiet side street just off the main shopping street in Triana. Surrounded by so many restaurants where we seemed to be the only tourists. Although centrally located the apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with the bedrooms facing the courtyard so no noise street whatsoever. A very easy 10 min walk to the Bullring and 15 amble to the cathedral/Real Alcazar, a little further to reach Parque Maria Luisa- but totally doable. Lovely walk along the river (with more bars!) to get you to the main attractions. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants galore in Triana- with some amazing tapas bars literally a stones throw away. The apartment itself is 4 star-amazing layout providing privacy for 2 couples. Small sitting area and kitchen but perfectly adequate for preparing meals- not that we did when there are so many places to right on the doorstep!-the beds were the comfiest ever, with shutters to keep out the light, snuggly duvets. Bathrooms had excellent showers, huge fluffy towels and toiletries- perfect for the hand luggage traveller! The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. If you are looking for big and brash this apartment is not, it is perfectly bijou- you're only sleeping in it! The roof terrace was fab- even managed luch up there even in November! Views across to the cathedral, especially lovely at night when illuminated. Communication from managing agent excellent before arrival. We were met on arrival by Pedro who gave us a tour of the apartment, explaining everything and then gave us some superb recommendations for eating and drinking like a local. The agency has a 24 hour number for emergencies/queries and also offered us a late check out. We were absolutely thrilled to find this apartment and if we return to Seville we would book it again. Its selling point other than the interior has to be the location- live like a local, and soak up all that Seville offer for tourists and those who live here. Simply perfect!

This apartment is perfect for a short break in Seville. 10 mins walk from the centre and all main attractions. Plenty bars and shops nearby. Apartment provided everything we needed, the roof top terrace was perfect to relax after a long day walking around the city. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment in good location
Just off the main drag in Triana this apartment is perfect for exploring Sevilla. The owner has an amazing eye for styling the home to make it interesting and comfortable. The towels and linens are at hotel standard. Had a few problems with the hot water but they were around to fix it quickly.
