The Liechti Lake House is set on beautiful Lake Norfork, the hidden gem of the Ozarks! Whether you’re looking for a secluded place to get away and relax, or to explore the natural wonders of Arkansas, The newly renovated Liechti Lake House has it all! Everything in this house is brand new and has been specifically designed for luxury, relaxation, and making memories .

One of the many highlights of any trip to The Liechti Lake house is getting out on the beautiful clean, clear water. Lake Norfork covers 22,000 acres and is extremely clear due to the rocky shoreline highlighted by limestone bluffs. In fact, previous visitors say it is one of the clearest lakes they have ever seen! Families enjoy all types of exciting water-sports, scuba diving, fishing, hiking, biking, climbing, and antiquing. There's something for everyone!

The reason why Lake Norfork is one of the most exclusive lakes in the region is because of the strict guidelines restricting any development around the lake. Do to these restrictions, (also applying to boat docks) We do not have direct water access from the house. Fortunately, there are many full service marinas 10-20 minutes away which offer a variety of boats for rent, along with gas, supplies etc. The marinas are impeccably maintained and have slopes for wheelchair access etc. If you have your own boat and trailer, The Liechti Lake house offers ample boat and trailer parking. Pigeon Creek (less than 2 miles from the house) offers a boat launch and several swim beach areas. Pigeon Creek is also a great place to go hiking, have a family picnic, etc...

The Liechti House has been decked out with premium features which include; two master suites with private baths, two junior suites, a game/bunk room, a 16'x40' pool, and an 8 person hot-tub.

All of our suites have full closets, so you unpack, relax, and feel right at home. A fully Stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and separate pantry for extra storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open concept dining/living area.

There's plenty to enjoy on the 2000 sq. ft. deck. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the lake. After a long day of Swimming and playing on the lake or in the pool, there's nothing like making some drinks and soaking in the hot-tub. This spacious deck includes outside dining and seating. It's the perfect place to share a meal with your whole group. You may access the deck through both master suites, kitchen, living area, and downstairs basement. Enjoy each others company around the fire pit with rock seating; located by the back deck.

Master suite #1 (sleeps 2-4)
This one has it all, from a 36 jet Jacuzzi tub, with scented aromas, to a huge walk in shower with a 20 inch rain down shower head. With private access to the deck over looking the lake, morning coffee time is a must! Thus suite is also equipped with a 40 inch smart tv and Direct tv. This suite offers a king size bed and sleeper sofa.

Master suite #2 (sleeps 2) King bed:
This suite also has private access to the deck and has the closest access to the hot-tub and pool. Private bath with walk in shower and 16" Rain down shower head. There is a 40 inch smart tv with Direct tv.

Junior suite #1 (sleeps 2-4):
Perfect for those who don't mind sharing or families with small children.
Two queen beds, 40 inch smart tv.

Junior suite #2:
king size bed, 40 inch smart tv. Sleeps 2

Hall bath:This bath was meant to be shared but built for privacy. A separated walk in shower with a 16 inch rain down shower head, restroom, and vanity.

Living/dinning Area (sleeps 2)
This is a great open area. There is a 70 inch smart tv with Direct tv. Large sleeper sectional.

Laundry room: Brand new washer and dryer, the laundry room sits adjacent to living/dinning area. Plenty of room to wash, dry, and fold.

16'x40' Heated Pool: you wont want to leave the house! this the perfect spot to hang out, grill, swim and enjoy each others company. Located at the rear of the house.

8 person hot-tub: located on the back deck.

Basement/Game room (sleeps 2-7)
This room is great for entertaining. Whether you're taking a break from the sun, hiding from the rain, or wanting to watch the big game, grab a drink and head downstairs. There is a large 70 inch smart tv with Direct tv, various cards and board games. There is also a fridge so you don't have to back and forth upstairs. We have recently added a pool table, dart board, and foosball table. This area has a twin over queen bunk bed, a sleeper sofa, and sleeper sectional. Will sleep 7.

Ready to explore the Mountain Home and surrounding areas? The Liechti Lake House sits just 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. If the river is calling your name the Buffalo National River and White River are just a 25 minute drive away. How about a day trip to Branson or Silver Dollar City? They're just an hr and half away.

Great Week at the Lake!

We had a great week at Norfork Lake and the Liechti Lake House! The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The kids loved hanging out in the basement and swimming at night when we weren't out on the lake. Due to the high waters of the lake at the time we were there, we had to put our boat in at Panther Bay since Pigeon Creek was closed. Not a big deal but it was about a 20 minute drive from the house. Doug was great to answer any questions by text or phone. There was an issue with one of the sliding doors not locking properly and he came out that afternoon and fixed it. We would choose to stay there again if we ever come back down from Indiana to Norfork Lake!

Luxury lake house !!

Such an amazing place! The beds are all so comfy and the bedding and pillows are so nice !! The back yard was very huge, not fenced and there was a small pup or terrier up the hill that kept coming down into yard which concerned me since we have our dog with us. The game room was a neat bonus!! Lake access was not far away, we took the real bumpy road down to edge by turning right off the road the house is on. Would recommend this as a stay for anyone who likes a nice clean pretty place with all the things and then some. A few notes: owner was very helpful in suggesting things to do around town and with figuring out how to get hot tub working right so if you have a question about something ask him and ur trip will go way smoother. One thing I would request is to get some dimmer light bulb options, it seems all the fixtures had 100 + watt light bulbs and it was too bright. We went in winter so I can’t vouch for the pool but it looked real nice. Has a nice safety cover on it when not in use.

Amazing home for a staycation/getaway!

I brought 10 teenagers to this home and they had an absolute blast! The heated pool, hot tub, patio and backyard area was perfect for everyone to hang out, listen to music and have the best time! They also had plenty of room to all eat together at the large table in the dining room and on the island. The basement was great for them as well! The only thing to note, is there is not a bathroom in the basement, so anyone planning on staying up there will need to use upstairs bathrooms. However, the bathrooms are extremely spacious and worked out great!!! They had 3 bathrooms upstairs, so we just divided them up! :) The house was very clean and well maintained! The owner was extremely responsive, very honest and kind and I would absolutely book through them again! Walmart was only 10 minutes away which was great so that we could load up on groceries to save money instead of eating out! They did have the kitchen stocked with everything necessary such a paper towels, tableware, trash bags, etc! I would highly reccommend staying here!

Family gathering

House is darling. We rented the house because of the heated pool. It was not heated. Celebrating 2 birthday kids wanted to swim. To cold. I kept reminding owner pool needs to be heated. Ants in pantry got all in our foods had to take everything apart and clean and throw Some food away. I called owner Doug abot ants and CC old pool. Ants he said thanks for bringing it to my attention. Pool have me excuse he had to fill it. He should of done it a week before we got there. My dad built in ground pools for 40 years .Owner drop the ball. We got taken. Could of rented a house 150.00 cheaper per night no pool. Bed first bedroom on left needs to flip. My side sunk still comply but I had to roll over the hump to lay next to hubby. Living room couch woren out. Dougention wants to be 5 stars something needs to be fixed. If we didn't want a pool for everyone the house was cute and big enough for us.

My Father is the actual owner of The Liechti Lake House. My wife and I, and are the managers. I grew up in "Sunny Southern California" as my dad likes to call it. I moved to Arkansas in 2010 and met my beautiful bride a few months later, who happens to be from Mountain Home AR. We married, moved to Mountain Home. My parents have 5 children and 6 grandchildren, all scattered throughout the United States.We have always wanted a central location for us to reunite, hence "The Liechti Lake House." Our hope is that you enjoy it as much as we will!

The Mountain home and surrounding areas are as clean, natural, and beautiful as it gets. With something to do during every season, there's never a bad time to visit!

What makes this property unique

This house was taken down to its bare bones, completely renovated from top to bottom. We took everything we have enjoyed from vacation rentals and implemented it into The Liechti Lake House. The Heated pool and 2000 sq' deck are definitely two of the features we enjoy about the house. There's nothing like sitting out there and taking it all in.
