Excellent Apartment

The apartment is very close to the port area where the main bars and restaurants are situated. It is also only a 15 minute walk along the sea front to Sabinillas which is a little bit more 'Spanish'. The apartment is spacious inside and has a lovely large balcony with sunbeds and a fantastic view of the sea. With three bedrooms, it is good value for money. Nothing- we had a great week!

Spacious apartment near the beach in fabulous location for the Marina

Location, spacious rooms, terrace TV was not operating, we had to purchase both salt and finish to get the dishwasher to work, there was no clothes washing machine powder or tablets, and no bin bags provided. We didn’t expect to have to purchase all these things just to operate in the kitchen and get clothes washed.

This apartment is in a great location.....central and close to all amenities, including the marina with its many bars and restaurants and right on the beach with amazing views of the sunrise. It over looks the 2 pools (with life guards) and well kept gardens. The living area is light and airy due to the L shaped balcony. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. The WiFi worked perfectly which is definitely a feat in Spain as other apartments that we have stayed in nearby were very hit and miss. The kitchen has everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Good size bedrooms with efficient aircon, and good wardrobe space. Duquesa estates were brilliant, answering any questions and queries quickly with a professional and friendly manner.

Great views onto the sea, good sized apartment. Well stocked kitchen.The pool and communal grounds are lovely. The apartment is a little dated but this is reflected in the price The girls in the office are very friendly and extremely efficient- I always chose Duquesa Estates for holiday rentals in this area The complex on a whole is a little tired , but this is purely cosmetic and it looks like they have started to address this

Good and informative

Very spacious and clean apartment with amazing sea view. Kitchen was well stocked with good appliances and a large amount of crockery and cutlery. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon! Perhaps a welcome book to advise where to leave the rubbish and nearest supermarket (we asked security) and comments from guests advising recommended good local restaurants and places to visit e.g Sotogrande, Sabinillas.
