The house provides a spacious master bedroom with 2 super comfortable beds, mirror, aircondition, a large closet and plenty of space to accommodate a third person under request.

In the lounge, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dinner table for 3 and a super comfortable sofa/bed. Relax with a glass of wine on your private veranda or enjoy a refreshing shower into your brand new bathroom before a night stroll to Plakias seafront with all the trendy cafes and clubs, just 1’ walk from your residence.

In the garden there's a swimming pool with beach chairs and an outdoor shower.

Cleaning is provided every three days with no extra cost. All accommodations have a non smoking policy. On arrival to your apartment, the friendly hosts Elena and Alexandros will be there to welcome you.

Summer ground floor residence, newly renovated in 2019 and fully furnished to accommodate 2 – 3 people. Set in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Plakias. Only a 2 min. walk to Plakias beach, taverns, cafes and shops. Perfect for families and couples, who want to spend memorable and relaxed vacations. Spacious yards and garden plus private parking area.
