Five bedroom well-cared for home with great layout and beautifully landscaped pool and putting green right outside the main living area and kitchen. House is located in the quiet and pretty Terra Lago gated golf community in Indio. Terra Lago golf club and restaurant is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk, and also situated nearby is the Fantasy Springs hotel and casino with two excellent restaurants. Grocery and retail stores including Walmart are a five minute drive. So lots of amenities nearby but once you get to this home, you’ll never want to leave. This is a perfect house to occupy with extended family or with a group of couples. Terra Lago is an easy 25 minutes of highway driving from the Palm Springs Airport and most of Palm Desert’s major golf courses and hikes are within a 20 minute drive.

Excellent location to attend Indian Wells tennis tournament

We couldn't have had a better host. Jason was very prompt with our questions and I loved being able to text. Great house for a ladies trip with 5 roomy bedrooms!!

Indian Wells Tennis- Winter Break

Had a great 10 days in Palm Springs, primarily to take in the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The home was as advertised++, safe, clean, modern, comfortable!! Especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after long days at the tennis tournament. Jason was great to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation or stay in Palm Springs.

The best private resort

We rented this house for the month of February 2023 and absolutely loved it.The backyard is so beautiful you’ll never want to leave. It is like your own private resort. The neighborhood is very quiet and very walkable. Terra Lago golf course is nearby offering a north and a south golf course. We purchased the golf course’s discount card reducing the price of 18 holes of golf. I especially liked the courses due to the desert setting without houses on every hole. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. All bedrooms were very accommodating for all guests. Stores are a short distance away - very easy drive if you need to go to the grocery store. Jason was very accommodating. You couldn’t find a better host. He responds immediately if you have questions and takes care of issues promptly.
