Pleasant house, detached with enclosed garden in a quiet and close to all amenities.
Spacious and bright cottage, 125 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms (6 beds possible with 1 double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms), living / dining room of 30m2 with flat screen TV and TNT, kitchen equipped and furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kettle), shower room and separate wc.

Désagréablement surpris

Les écarts entre le contenu de l'annonce et la réalité sont importants : - un couple habite le rez-de-chaussée - pas de possibilité de bénéficier de la terrasse du fait de la présence de ce couple - maison bruyante car sans isolation phonique - facturation de charges (eau, gaz, électricité au delà de 8 KWh/j) - calcul des charges à part égale avec le couple car un seul compteur (eau, gaz, électricité) pour tous les locataires En 20 ans de location, c'est la première fois que je voyais ça.
