Nice apartment facing the beach in the center of Sitges fully equipped

Nice apartment on the seafront of Sitges with wonderful views of the sea. Located in front of the beach of Sitges and in the heart of the city, ideal to accommodate families or group of friends.
Perfect for a holiday and enjoy the sun and the beach on its large terrace. It consists of two rooms and dining room with sea views, independent kitchen and bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning, free wifi internet, lcd TV and satellite TV., Smoke detector and heaters.
The independent kitchen equipped with refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer and everything you need to cook. It has two bedrooms with large windows (with shutters and double glazing), a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a removable bed for a fifth person, with access to the terrace facing the sea. It consists of a complete bathroom, with shower, towels and hairdryer.
The apartment is located in the city center, next to restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museums ... and near the train and bus station. Its location allows you to enjoy most celebrations and events that take place in the city from the terrace.
The access to the apartment has 4 steps to access the elevator.

ATTENTION: The apartment will be conditioned for the number of guests for whom the reservation is made.
ATTENTION: people who exceed the reserved places will be charged an extra € 20 per day and person, in cash and upon arrival of the guest.
Please leave the apartment in the conditions it is delivered.
It is totally forbidden to hold parties and activities that may disturb the neighbors.

We spent 30 days in this two-bedroom apartment in Sitges and couldn't have asked for a better home base. The location is unbeatable, literally across the street from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sand and sea any time we wanted without dealing with parking or long walks.The host was fantastic: responsive, attentive, and clearly cared about making our stay comfortable. Little touches like the included beach umbrellas and chairs saved us the hassle (and cost) of renting them every day, which we really appreciated for a month-long stay.The apartment's central location also put us right in the middle of the town's festivities and nightlife, which was a huge plus for us, with lots of energy, easy access to restaurants, bars, and events just steps away.One thing to flag for other travelers: if you're a light sleeper, be aware that the festivities and street noise can carry on into the early morning hours, especially during peak season or local celebrations. Earplugs or a white noise app might be worth packing. For us, it was a minor tradeoff for such a central, lively location, but worth knowing going in.Overall, a wonderful stay and a great value for an extended trip. We'd happily book here again.

Excellent stay at the Beach

Carlos met us at the apartment (2nd floor) there is a small lift just big enough for our luggage! We used the stairs otherwise, although there was nothing wrong with the lift it was rather small. Could be a challenge with strollers and small children. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I, it was very easy to walk around Sitges and explore. The apartment is very well equipped only draw back is no parking but Carlos sent us to the Mercadona to park for the week we were there. Just a 10 min walk and has 24 hour security. We would love to stay again.

El apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado, es amplio y tiene magníficas vistas al mar.Como puntos negativos, la ventana del baño no abre y no tiene extractor. Al llegar tuve que pagar un extra por dos perritas y esto no estaba reflejado en ningún sitio en la web, al entrar al apto con las perritas le cambio la cara al dueño. El caso es que tuve que hacer un pago de 50 euros que no me lo esperaba y ni el dueño ni Vrbo aceptaron el fallo. Que menos que después de pagar una estancia de casi 3,000 euros alguien dijese, fallo nuestro, no lo pagues, pero con Cataluña y los catalanes hemos topado. Como sugerencia es recomendable que avisen en que periodos hay fiestas porque 4 de las noches ha sido imposible dormir hasta casi las 4.30 am por el ruido de orquesta/disco móvil. Sería recomendable también revisar el ascensor ya que las puertas se atascan continuamente. El grifo del baño debe esrar lleno de cal porque no regula a temperatura del agua, o te quemas o te congelas.
