Ideal for two couples or families, brand new furniture, air-conditioned in every room, equipped with everything and equipped with washing machine and all brand new appliances. Maximum comfort.

Lage Zentral / Parkplätze schwierig

Ausreichend ausgestattet. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Leider gestaltet sich das finden eines Parkplatzes sehr sehr schwierig. Es ist keine Garage vorhanden (obwohl dies angegeben wurde). Sauberkeit 4 von 5.

Appartement bien situé (supermarché, boulangerie et autres commerces dans la rue), confortable et bien équipé. Communication et accueil très sympathique. Le gros avantage : la climatisation ! Merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Comodità a due passi e poco lontano dal centro

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento ampio e comodo per 4 persone o famiglia con 2 figli, completo di molte stoviglie, forno e bistecchiera; moka, tostapane, microonde. supermercato a 100 metri; centro storico a 10 minuti a piedi. Zona non particolarmente trafficata, a volte difficile da parcheggiare al rientro dalle spiaggie, ma mai un problema ( 5 minuti e si libera sempre un posto). Il proprietario Alberto disponibile e gentile, non lo abbiamo visto, delega una persona di sua fiducia, ma se c’è bisogno risponde. Consigliato

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter une partie de l´île. Doté de tout le confort necessaire.En juillet la climatisation est grandement appréciée. Propriétaire des lieux très agréable.

Sardegna 2021

Appartamento piccolo e carino situato dentro una via tranquilla vicina al centro storico (circa 10 minuti a piedi), abbastanza comoda e pratica per il parcheggio, con a due passi supermercato e discount e altre attività commerciali (forni deliziosi, locali per bere e mangiare, tabacchi ecc). In 3 ci siamo stati benissimo, proprietari molto affabili e alla mano con cui dal primo contatto telefonico è stato piacevole parlare. Consigliato a chi desidera una vacanza all’insegna della tranquillità senza troppi fronzoli ma con tutti i confort indispensabili per un soggiorno medio/lungo.

Bell' appartamento in Alghero

Appartamento super accessoriato, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, supermercato vicino e a piedi si raggiunge comodamente il centro storico che e' meraviglioso. Alghero ha bellissime spiagge Lazzaretto,Porto Ferro, la Bombarda e spettacolari, da non perdere, le grotte di Nettuno. Il proprietario e' una persona simpatica e gentile, siamo stati molto bene.

Casa dotata di tutto, di ogni comfort, impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia. Posizione ottimale poco distante dal centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Proprietario molto gentile e perfetto in tutte le fasi della trattativa (.. e anche dopo). Appartamento delizioso

Appartamento super accessoriato, moderno e arredato con gusto. La casa è molto pulita e dispone di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Non è facile trovare di meglio. Proprietario molto gentile e perfetto in tutte le fasi della trattativa. Situato in una zona comodissima, molto vicina sia al mare che al centro storico (in 5 minuti a piedi abbiamo raggiunto le zone più belle della città); è vicina a tutti i servizi necessari (supermercato, bar, frutta e verdura, ecc), il tutto sotto casa. Alghero è bellissima, spiagge meravigliose (Bombarde, Lazzareto e Pineta di Maria Pia in particolare) e centro storico con passeggiate incantevoli. Negozietti di artigianato fantastici e cucina di pesce divina. Vale la pena spendere una giornata al mare nella meravigliosa Stintino a meno di un'ora di macchina (spiaggia La Pelosa). Assolutamente consigliato, siamo stati divinamente!

Wonderful stay in Alghero

We are very happy with the apartment and its location in Alghero. We are five persons that stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed our holiday. The apartement is in very good condition with a modern kitchen and bathroom, two nice bedrooms and a small balcony facing the street. It is a few minutes walk into the lovely old town of Alghero with lots of restaurants and boutiques. The nearest beach Lido is OK but we preferered to walk a couple of kilometers every day to the beutiful beach Maria Pia in the outside of Alghero. I also strongly recommend a visit by bus or car to La Pelosa which is a fantastic paradisebeach an hour from Alghero. We rented a car for a couple of days and visited Stintino, Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Costa Smeralda and Santa Teresa di Gallura. All lovely places well worth a visit! At last we want to give the owner of the apartement (Alberto) a special thank you! He was extremly helpful to us and made our stay in Alghero even more pleasant. We give both Alberto, the apartment, Alberto and Sardinia our warmest recommendations./Malin with family (Sweden)

Apartamento totalmente reformado y moderno

Somos una familia española que disfrutamos el apartamento durante una semana en Julio de 2013. El apartamento está tal y como se ve en las fotografías, totalmente reformado, moderno y funcional. Mucha capacidad de armarios. Muy cómodo para una familia, cocina muy equipada y baño perfecto con dos ambientes separados. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Enfrente dispone de un supermercado grande. Situado a 15 minutos a pie del centro. Formalidad y trato con los propietarios perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful, modern apartment

The apartment was really great - modern, tastefully furnished, fully equipped and with air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It's located in a calm street (very close to a supermaket) approximately 10 minutes by foot to the Old Town and to the nearest beach. We didn't rent a car this time but if we go there again we definitely will because public transportation is somewhat limited. However, you can quite easily go by bus to the breathtakingly beautiful beach "La Pelosa" on the northern tip of the island - it's really worth a visit or two. We also went on a few boat trips during our stay in Alghero, very nice if you enjoy being out on the sea. We recieved a very warm welcome upon our arrival and were very happy with our stay in the apartment and in Alghero. We would very much like to go back some day!
