River Oasis is an upscale, custom home with a modern vibe. Bright, open spaces combine sleek and modern design with a sense of warmth, peace and solitude. The best of all worlds! This 2 bed/2 bath, home has ALL of the Bells and Whistles for up to 4 guests.
A pool, hot tub, fire table and mature landscaping create your own private resort nest.
Armstrong Woods and the Town of Guerneville are about 5 minutes away by car, but this secluded nook feels far from the everyday world. You can always find the sun, shade and bliss at the River Oasis. It truly is an awe inspiring Personal Paradise!
Everything has been designed with your discerning taste in mind.

As noted in reviews - there are intermittent issues with the sauna that, unfortunately, repair people are unable to resolve. We've removed the sauna as a listed amenity, however it is still present on property and available for use, but we cannot guarantee its full functionality.

- Bedroom 1 - The Primary Bedroom has a very comfortable Queen Bed and is bright and spacious with a Private, remodeled bathroom

- Swimming pool (not heated, gets warm in the Summer!)

THINGS TO KNOW:
- 4 Person Max Day or Night - No Children Please
- Parking 2 Cars maximum in Driveway
- No Large Gatherings / NO Parties
- No Pets
- Quiet Time Hours: 9pm - 7am - Sonoma County Ordinance
- Exterior Entryway security cameras present (front gate, house front door, side gate entrance) - no cameras are pointed to areas with increased expectation of privacy such as the pool or hot tub.
