This home has been modernized throughout by an architect and interior designer with a thoughtful mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings to provide a fun themed approach to each room, creating a fresh and inviting interior. Large glazed sliders open to spectacular mountain views, as you relax by the large pool and spa. A truly special retreat for your Palm Springs get away.
The historic 'Racquet Club Estates' area is less than 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. It is short drive to great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos, spas and the famous Palm Springs tramway.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with new quality modern kitchen appliances + amenities:
ice maker, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, cutlery, coffee makers, tea makers.
The Bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioners, shower gels, lotions, toiletries.
Features: Saltwater Saline Pool & Spa Hot Tub (Heated by request at $60 per day), Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Fire Pit, Indoor + Outdoor Speakers, Spotify, 2 Indoor Fireplaces, Lawn Games, Fun Pool Lilo's + Water Games, TV Lounge in Master Bedroom.
Garage is not accessible.
At owner's discretion, we will allow small dogs at $50 per day, to be approved prior to booking.

Beautiful home with impressive design details in every room. Well laid out floor plan for any occasion. Particularly helpful property manager and the house is well stocked with all the essentials for cooking and such!

Quintessential Palm Springs
Everything you’d ever want in a palm springs retreat. Incredible pool, bedrooms, and amenities. Several great places to spend time: living room, outdoor dining table, fire pit etc. The recessed seating in the pools was perfect for sitting all day. Great grill as well. Don’t think twice, just book it!

Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable.
We loved staying at 55 Gem. It was close to everything, the back yard was perfect with a great view of the mountains, and the beds were so comfy. The owner and management company were so kind and made the stay so relaxing. If you are looking for a beautiful mid century modern home in Palm Springs, this one should be at the top of your list. You will feel like a celebrity staying here.

AMAZINGLY Chic Decor!
This house was AMAZING. From the interior decor, to the kitchen-wear, to the huge pool. They had everything you needed readily available. My girls and I had had the best time relaxing by the pool at this Mid Century Modern home and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It was so close to everything, just a short uber ride away from all the fun restaurants! The property manager was the sweetest guy too! He was more than helpful.
Let's just say...we wish we could have stayed forever! It was such a beautiful escape!
