Modern luxury meets contemporary style in this spectacular Executive Villa. This impressive single-family home has a private pool yard with gorgeous mountain views. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine.
Optional pool and spa heating are $75/night or spa only heating is $30/night
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Great Property

Long weekend getaway. House is clean, well decorated and comfortable. Interior layout is spacious and well furnished. Outdoor space and pool/hot tub is excellent and garage parking a bonus given the Palm Springs heat! Only drawback is this is under the PS airport flight path. I love planes, but it’s a bit noisy during the day. Overall this is a great place to stay.

The home is clean and beautiful, just as described. It was a great property for our three generation family, including two older kids. Jeremy was very helpful in coordinating our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and a 10-15 min drive to downtown Palm Springs. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property with everything we needed and more. Breathtaking view of San Jacinto from the lounge chairs by the pool and spa with a nice mid-century modern look and vibe. Quick Getaway to Palm Spring

This house has it all: style, function, and flair. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked with anything you may need. The pool area is an oasis in the desert heat and we needed it with the temperatures during our stay! The bedrooms, with two king suites, are quiet and comfortable. The location is close to everything and far enough away to be very quiet and private. Our host, Jeremy, was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend Artful Cosmo!

The best of everything Palm Springs!

This property truly has everything; Great location, easy access to downtown and all attractions, supermarket close by. The house was very clean with two master suites. I loved the dressing rooms and large baths. Kitchen is very well supplied and the outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing. Appreciated the use of the garage too.

Perfect Palm Springs Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well-maintained & conveniently laid out for our group of two families with young kids getting together for Thanksgiving week. The kids loved the pool and hot tub which were heated perfectly. The house was thoughtfully stocked and kitchen contained quality cookware in great condition which was appreciated for our holiday gathering! The management company was extremely responsive with any questions or minor issues. We'd definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful home with everything a family would want or need for vacation. I love when a property provides laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and extra toilet paper. It’s the simple things that make it special. Pool floaty a plenty too. I also want to do a shout out to property manager Jeremy. Thoughtful to have the home lit up and ready for our late arrival. I would definitely rent this home again.

The home was gorgeous. Well equipped. The house is on the north side of town that is more windy. I would advise checking wind maps and seasonal winds of Palm Springs when renting. We also did not have the best weather during our stay. But we had a day when downtown Palm Springs was beautiful, but back at this house we couldn’t even have a drink by the pool because the cups were blowing over. Forget about using the umbrellas! Besides not really being able to use the outside, the house was exceptional. It is a perfect set up if you stayed inside.

Beautiful house. Outside was great. Two separate outside areas. One with pool and then on the side of the house there is a large green area and fire pit so it’s great. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 star is due to location. It’s called the wind zone. There is wind all the time and it was 15-17 mph winds 2-3 days we stayed there. It wasn’t even doable outside. As it had gusts of winds at 10 mph along with the 17 mph winds. So that sucked. I don’t think I would chance that again. The jacuzzi wouldn’t heat up properly and they immediately sent someone out and still didn’t work so owners refunded us. But great house and pretty. Just know you’ll have winds. Or you might have winds. Thanks !

Great week

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spacious and had everything we could need. It’s very close to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Check in and communication with property manager Jeremy was easy. The bathroom and walk in closet in the primary was amazing! We had teens with us who loved the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area and I would certainly return.
