FIRST FLOOR: fully Air-conditioned, Bedroom No1 with double bed, Bedroom No2 with double bed and both with exit to the opened terrace and 2 coffee tables with 4 chairs and amazing views on the valley and green hills. Bedroom No3 with double bed, Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds. Family Bathroom No2 and Bathroom No3 both with shower.

Wonderful time in Croatia

The willa is spacious, clean and well stocked. For us it was an excellent starting point for everyday trips in the morning and a lovely place to spend time in the afternoon. We were delighted with the pool and its surrounding. We are very thankful to Ivo and his family who welcomed us warmly. The host was very helpful in our needs. Thank you once again for amazing time at your place.

Superb location for a late summer break

The villa undoubtedly exceeded our expectations in comfort, immaculate cleanliness and privacy. It is built to a very high specification, stylishly decorated and fantastically well-equipped. The pool area faces due south and is a real sun-trap, which was delightful in late September. Parking is very easy and convenient, immediately outside the villa and it is only two minutes' drive to the good local Studenac supermarket. (There is no restaurant in the village of Kostanje, the nearest being some 30 mins drive away). Ivo welcomed us warmly with gifts of delicious Croatian food and gave us helpful local advice. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous ripe figs which we were encouraged to pick from the garden. This is undoubtedly one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and we can unreservedly recommend it.

Splendid family holiday

For a week this summer Our Family of five (2 adult, 3 "children" - boys of 20, 19 and 13) rented this lovely house. The host, Ivo, was very forthcoming and helpful. The house was even better than the Pictures on the web, and everything was very clean and spacious. We recommend having a car to get around.

Beautiful villa with amazing views....

This place is beautiful and is spacious, well equipped . There is so much to do, we were there for a week but felt there is still lots of things to do. The owner Ivo, was very kind and was at the end of the call whenever we needed something, We arrived late at night and he had prepared food for us . Will definitely visit again.
