Located in a quiet part of Omiš and Duće you have the opportunity to be close to everything needed for modern living, but still, enjoy a very quiet and private location. Only 300m or 5 min walk to get to the most beautiful sandy beach with very clear water.

The whole house is very nicely decorated, fully equipped, modern, and has everything you need (microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker...). Restaurants are 1 km far, the beach is 300m far, the small market 800 m, as the big supermarket is less than a 3-minute drive.
