The flexible layout of the detached 3-storey villa also provides family and group-friendly accommodation for 12. The WiFi-enabled accommodation comprises of a spacious ground floor with beautiful period features complemented by a chic touch of modernity. A generous living room with comfy sofa area and flat screen TV is accompanied by a stylish separate dining room and a large kitchen fitted with designer units, all the must-have appliances (including a coffee machine) and a breakfast table.

Upstairs, the 1st floor boasts delightfully restful and quirky sleeping accommodation, with the designer travel-themed rooms comprising of a lake view master bedroom with twin joinable beds, a Juliette balcony and en-suite bathroom featuring alongside a stylish 2nd bedroom with modern four-poster double bed and Juliette balcony. Two further twin joinable bedrooms also feature to the 1st floor (1 with Juliette balcony). A full shower room is also provided to this floor and to the ground floor, an extra service bathroom is provided.

The 3-storey villa is situated along ‘Via Poletti’, placing guests 11-17 minutes’ walk from the resort amenities and car-passenger ferry links of central Menaggio (with its frequent service to Cadenabbia, Bellagio, Varenna and a fast passenger-only service to Como). The popular family-friendly Lido di Menaggio, resort amenities, shops, charming cafés and authentic restaurants provide a picturesque holiday base for sightseeing trips on the Central lake.

Golfing fans will appreciate the proximity to the prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf club (7 minutes’ drive away), whilst those in search of sightseeing opportunities have the world-class villas just a short drive away, along the Tremezzina shore.

The year-round cities of Como and Lugano are also within easy driving distance (43-58 minutes’ away). For those flying in Milan Malpensa is 1hr 15 minutes’ drive away.
