Ambra Holiday Villa with Jacuzzi

The villa is located above Menaggio, approx. 200 m above sea level on the western shore, above the district of Croce, with picturesque views of the lake and mountains. The golf course is approx. 200 m away. This is a sought-after residential and villa location. Flexible size: The villa has two living levels with separate entrances: the main part is upstairs with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, and balconies with direct access to the garden, including an apartment on the ground floor with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On this level is the garden with a jacuzzi, dining table for 10 people, and deck chairs with sunshades. The villa is only rented as a whole,
otherwise the lower apartment remains unused. Easily accessible by car. Several steps lead to the main entrance of the villa.
In the winter months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of an open (glass-protected) fireplace in the main apartment on the upper floor. Mediterranean plants frame the romantic garden with its natural stone walls. There are other villas, country houses, and garden parks in the neighborhood. The villa offers plenty of space to play and relax.

Menaggio is one of the most beautiful and popular holiday resorts on the western shore of Lake Como and delights visitors with its perfect combination of Italian charm, alpine nature and Mediterranean lifestyle. The historic old town with its narrow streets, cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants invites you to stroll and enjoy yourself, while the elegant promenade offers fantastic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Just a few minutes away are the famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, hiking and cycling trails, and numerous water sports facilities. From here, you can easily reach the famous towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Tremezzo by ferry, as well as Lugano on Lake Lugano.

The region is not only spectacular in terms of scenery, but also internationally renowned:
the legendary Villa Gaeta, the location for the James Bond film Casino Royale, is nearby. The magnificent villa with its impressive lake terrace is one of the most iconic buildings on Lake Como and lends the area a very special, glamorous flair.
George Clooney's famous Villa Oleandra in Laglio is also just a few kilometres away, making Lake Como a meeting place for international celebrities for many years. This exclusive ambience makes a stay here particularly appealing.

There is space for three vehicles on the property: one garage space and two parking spaces.
There is a charging station (wall box) for electric cars, which you can use for an additional fee. The fee is €50 per car for two weeks and €25 for each additional week. You will be given a chip on site to activate the charging station.
