Large and modern Ocean front home with direct beach access. This large home features 7 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms. All 7 bedrooms have king sized beds. The large gathering spaces easily accommodate a maximum of 17 guests (including all children). The home features a large kitchen and dinner area to allow all guests to sit down for dinner. There are 7 king beds, a bunk bed and 5.5 bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything a chef could need to cook large meals. Two dishwashers a gas range, two ovens, microwave, coffee pots. The dining room and kitchen seat 17.
This home is equipped with high speed WIFI, and Smart HDTV's. Streaming available.
The outdoor spaces feature a large deck, ocean front hot tub, and parking for 6 cars.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip all beds and bring towels to laundry room, the first load of laundry with provided soap.
Load dishwasher and start both dishwashers
Take trash to outside garbage bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking for 6 cars max. No RVs, boats, or other over-sized vehicles. No additional cars or guests allowed per ordinance.
Maximum occupancy and parking strictly enforced to comply with county permits and occupancy regulations. These maximums are enforced 24/7.
Check in/out times will be adjusted for as needed for maintenance/cleaning schedules to a 5pm/10am check in/out. Signed rental agreement required.

The location of this house was the best. We couldn’t have been happier with the beach access and safety of the neighborhood. The house is fine and would be good for large groups, but I would not rate it as luxury.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Lots of room for everyone. The broken frig door shelves and the door knob on the back door are still an issue that others mentioned. We had to refill the propane in Pacific City and the grill needed some heavy cleaning but at least we knew in advance this would be an issue. Great access to the beach and amazing view.

Beautiful clean home with lovely beach view and massive deck. Good kitchen for cooking. Nice sharp knives and good quality Hexclad pans. Dining table accommodated 14 people.Back door handle was broken off so you couldn’t get back in. Toaster oven timer switch was broken. Second dishwasher was nonfunctional. For the high rental price, all those things should work.

What a weekend! Main water line in the neighborhood broke. No water. Katie was very accommodating and found a neighboring house we could use for showering and kept in great contact with me regarding the water situation. Never did get it back on but a great time was had by all of our group.

The beach view and access are amazing! We, surprisingly, ended up with nice weather. Sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view was wonderful. We also took a really nice hike. The house is spacious and had enough room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed it very much. We only had a couple of issues, the gate code we were given didn't work, but the property management company responded very quickly. The cleanliness of the hot tub was the other issue, but they resolved that by sending someone out. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying in this house again.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach front home. The house is very nice with the most gorgeous view and prime location. The kitchen is well stocked, very nice. We had warm weather and enjoyed the beachfront access. The hot tub was wonderful, too. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space for all. We can't wait to go again!

The home is beautiful with an extraordinary location. Couple of suggestions: It would be awesome to have a leaf blower to blow the sand off the front deck. The two living-room couches need to be updated - they are falling apart and don't smell very clean. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom near the bonus room needs a new shower curtain as the current one has some mold growing on it.Not trying to be negative, just wanting to be honest. We loved staying at this home and would book it again tomorrow. If I owned the home, I would like to know what I could do to make it better and keep my guests coming back.

The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat! The house is great for large groups with lots of flexible space. The property manager was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house and contents are showing some deferred maintenance but given Katie's responsiveness, I'm hoping these will be addressed promptly.

Loved this house…right on the beach that was so quiet and beautiful…access to beach is challenging for less mobile guests but there is an easy access just a few houses down. Check in times and out times seemed to vary from Vrbo site, to emails and then the house itself had a different time posted than documents sent in email…but other than that no complaints! Dog friendly which was a plus! So much fun!

We enjoyed our weekend so much. Even with the rain. Access to the beach was perfect, the hot tub worked great, lovely home. The one coffee pot didn't work very well, only 1 wash machine worked and the pancake griddle was broken. But overall it was wonderful.

Wonderful 90th Birthday Family Celebration

The house was perfect for 18 of us ages ranging from 5 to 90. The backyard beach was perfect for both the kids and adults as others watched from the deck. We enjoyed walking to ghost forest and hiking to the top of proposal rock. The extra table in the living area was great for puzzles and the double picnic tables on the deck were great for games and outdoor seating for everyone.
