An enchanting apartment in a historic noble palace in the heart of Palermo, in the Olivella district: casa 15indici is a welcoming and pretty house with a private terrace on the roofs of the historic center. The house is equipped with all comforts: lift, fully equipped kitchen, wi fi, air conditioning, independent heating and everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. The house is on two levels: on the floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a balcony, fridge and TV, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, which is accessed via an internal staircase, air-conditioned living-living room equipped with TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and terrace. Our terrace, set up with a table and sofas, will be the perfect setting for your evenings, if you decide to relax at home while sipping an aperitif or having dinner overlooking the silent beam belonging to the building, with a view over the roofs of the historic center and the magnificent illuminated domes of the Massimo theater and of the church of Olivella. If you want to dive into the nightlife of Palermo, on the other hand, just take a few steps from home. All the most important monumental, artistic and cultural sites of Palermo are within walking distance of the 15 home, and everything you may need is within walking distance: pharmacy, bank, laundry, supermarket, post offices, shops for shopping, bars, restaurants and pubs. Bus stops for each destination are 50 meters away, including airport shuttle. It is good to know that the entire historic center of Palermo is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 20.00 pm. Saturday and Sunday free.
