This large ground floor apartment is located in the premier Manoir Savoie building, and truly is ski to your door if you wish to! It is perfectly located, very convenient for the outdoor pool, gym, 2 saunas and steam room, plus spa, which is next door! Access to the deep nature spa is also excellent being within view from the living area. It also benefits from an outdoor patio accessed directly from the living area. At 54m² it's larger than your average 2 bedroom apartment. Molton Brown products in both bathrooms, welcome pack in the kitchen, all towels, robes, slippers & linen included. (Mid-week full bathroom cleaning, linen and towel replacement can also be arranged for an extra fee as can cots/high chairs.)

Perfectly situated apartment for ski in and out with the lifts just below the ski lockers. The building feels high quality and the resort although recent construction feels like a traditional chalet style. The ski school esf and shops are 1’ minute walk. Jacuzzi has views of the Mont Blanc. This flat was great in having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and toilets.

Apartment had all that’s needed. Been coming to 1950 for years and things are starting to look a little tired. But it’s still an amazing resort and location. This apartment was a bit noisy being so close to the swimming pool & sauna (quite a few people would ring bell asking if we would let them in to pool area as forgotten their key)!!. But once it closed at 8pm then ok. We knew there was no view of the mountains (so not a complaint) but I missed seeing that.

The property was fabulous, great lication, easy access to slopes and snow right outside the door! The swimming pool was next door, great for the children! Contact with the owners was great, we had a wonderful stay!

Great stay!

Great place to stay! Very conveniently located (next to the pool/spa complex). Very compact appartment but with everything you want. The skilocker was a bit tight for 5 people but we managed. We had a great week!

Perfect ski in ski out location

2nd time to Manoir Savoire and glad we chose to come back again. Apartment is next door to the pool and spa area on basement level so no views but that didn’t bother us. Beds are comfy with nice linen and towels. Kitchen could do with a few more cooking utensils!

Property is perfectly placed in theLes Arc 1950 resort. My family and I enjoyed a great Xmas 2023 with ski in/out facilities, loads of space and easy access to the spa. The apartment is really clean and well maintained, and we plan on returning next season.

Nice place in 1950 where everything is organised to ease your hols. Easy access by train. SKI domain very diverse. People working in les Arcs very kind and smily. Village as nice as effective when this about skiing from your place to the slops.

The apparent was perfect for what we needed. We were two married couples and because of the layout of the apartment with the bathrooms both couples had total privacy with kitchenette and living room to share. The spa and gym area are literally next door to your room so no trekking through the hotel in your bath robe. Also you can reach the boot room within the hotel which is a short walk along the corridors and a staircase (you don’t have to go outside to get to it). The boot room then opens out for your ski in ski out experience. The room has a few welcome bits and bobs added to help you get started when you arrive. We loved it and will more than likely stay here again in the near future.

Family ski break Feb 2020

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a good location with ski in/ski out facilities and ideally located for access to the sauna/steam room, gym and pool. The only negatives for the owner and the property management company to consider are (i) Early check in facilities - to be fair, this was never promised but it only needed a bit more communication to allow us to check in early and/or to be able to use the lockers to enable us to go skiing early. We've had this with other apartments. (ii) WiFi - not provided. My kids (particularly) missed this

Why they chose this property

The apartment is truly ski in and out, with the amenities so close it makes you feel like the gym, pools, spa and suanas (so important for those aching muscles!) are "en suite". They can be tricky to find when in resort but not at our apartment. The outdoor heated pool is also literally next door! The apartment is also nice and quiet, for peaceful times in the apartment and outside on the patio.
