Family bungalow in Cadzand, near beach (max 6 adults, dog allowed)

Welcome to our comfortable family bungalow in the middle of the village of Cadzand-Bad; the Duneknikker. The house is in the middle of the village, right behind the shopping street, at the bottom of the dyke. The North Sea and the beach are within walking distance (5 minutes' walk).
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with a bath and two with a shower), two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. In addition, the bungalow has a lovely garden that is partially fenced. The house is suitable for 6-8 people. Dogs are allowed. Three cars can easily be parked in the driveway.

The house is supplied with towels and bed linen as standard.
There is a cot available. This is equipped with a mattress.

Perfect Location for 2 families

we stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the big house. 3 doublebed rooms (two had a private shower) and 1 kidsroom. the livingroom is cozy and the area really calm. no traffic around. we would come back

Haus in toller Lage, Katzensprung zum Zentrum und zum Meer, tolles Außengelände.(daher mehr als ein Stern)Leider eklige Abflüsse, Funzeln als Lampen (haben selbst neue Glühbirnen gekauft), Pfannen, aus denen man nicht essen möchte, außer dem Wohnzimmer gab es keinen Raum, der warm geworden wäre. Die "Ratschläge" der Vermieterin (Kontakt äußerst umständlich nur über die FEWO-App) halfen gar nicht.Aber das Schlimmste waren die völlig durchgelegenen Matratzen. Eltern wie Kinder hatten zunehmend Rückenprobleme, zum Teil wurden die Couch oder der Fußboden bevorzugt. Letztlich sind wir deshalb vorzeitig abgereist.Das einzige Problem, das behoben wurde, war ein einseitig nicht mehr fixierter Toilettendeckel. Der Rest wurde abgewiegelt und ich denke, in der Reaktion unter dieser Rezension wird jeder Leser Zeuge von Schönrederei oder Vorwürfen gegen uns werden.Nie wieder!

Nie wieder gilt auch für uns als Mieter. Dieser Herr war von Anfang an negativ. Die Beleuchtung war zu gemütlich (er wollte OP-Licht), die Matratzen zu weich. Der Toilettendeckel war locker. Das haben wir sofort reparieren lassen. Er ließ den Thermostat im Wohnzimmer auf 23,5 Grad hochdrehen, woraufhin dieser im Wohnzimmer auslöste (natürlich) und die Heizung in den Schlafzimmern nicht ansprang. Manche Gäste bevorzugen weichere Matratzen, manche festere. Aber als Mieter kann ich mir doch keine neuen Matratzen kaufen, wenn ich auch nur eine einzige Beschwerde darüber bekomme, oder? Ich bereue, diesem Gast keine Verzichtserklärung angeboten zu haben. Er hätte sein Geld zurückbekommen sollen. So einen Gast wünsche ich keinem Mieter. Nie wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft

Ein wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dem wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben! Die Zimmer waren groß und es lagen Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit. Für unsere Kinder war es super, dass es ein riesen Trampolin im Vorgarten eingelassen war! Wir würden noch mal buchen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, weil der Bungalow sehr persönlich eingerichtet ist. Es war sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Immer wieder gerne.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Zum Erholen in der Vor- und Nachsaison super. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Zwei Fußminuten bis zum Ortskern von Cadzand. In der Hauptsaison dürfte es am Strand und im Ort sehr übervölkert sein.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Muffgeruch

Tolle Lage für Strandspaziergänge. Gut ausgestattet. Was meinen Schwager und Schwägerin gestört hat war ein muffiger Geruch, der sich in alle Textilien und Kinderspielzeuge übertragen hat. Meine Frau und mich hat das nicht gestört.

Unkompliziert & entspannt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und vor allem Groß! Mit 3 Pärchen lässt es sich dort prima aufhalten. Das Haus ist alleinstehend und der Garten/Terrasse hoch umzäunt - somit hat man viel Privatsphäre! Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur 5 Minuten vom Strand und von der Restaurants entfernt. Kommunikation, Check-in etc. Habe ich als sehr entspannt und unkompliziert wahrgenommen. Wir kommen wieder !:)

Super Lage mit großem Grundstück um das Bungalow. Hier und da hätte es was sauberer sein können aber im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes geräumiges Mietobjekt in ruhiger Straße.

Schickes Haus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus hat eine optimale Größe und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (auch der Küche) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Dorf Kern und am Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Voordeel : allés kan te voet, zowel naar het strand als restaurant als naar de winkel. Proper, praktische en goed ingerichte woning met heel rustige ligging en praktische parking. Een aanrader.
