Our stay

We had a brilliant 9 days stay at Dans place. It was everything we needed, relaxing and quiet. Lovely complex and myself and my family enjoyed time at the shared pool. It was great.

Le site Vistabella golf est très bien . Commerce sur place (boulangerie restaurant supérette pharmacie) etc .de belles maisons sécurisé calme . Piscine pour chaque rue . La maison est très bien fonctionnelle . Le propriétaire dan est réactif pro et sympa . Tout a été parfait . La maison est climatisé . Rien à dire . La région est très bien tout est à 20mn de voiture . Sans bouchon

Lovely Villa

Had a lovely 2 week stay at this villa and it’s was lovely 😊 we were pre warned that there was no Wi-Fi/TV beforehand but was actually nice to go back to basics although it would have been nice to have Wi-Fi as the kids ran out of data but wasn’t that much of an issue. Definitely recommend hiring a car and maybe not through the airport as we found that to be quite stressful. There are local people who live near or on the complex that we later found out we could have hired from which would have been so much easier (we know for next time) also if you are going to hire locally I would do this in advance as they are booked up in advance. Overall had a lovely time 😊

Je ne recommande pas cette location

Frigo hs a notre arrivée ( 4 jours pour negocier avec le propriétaire d en livrer un neuf. Coupure électrique generale lorsque le four est allumé, machine a laver en panne apres 2 utilisations ( nouvelle machine installée 2 jours avant départ ), pas de climatisation , barbecue rouillé, table de jardin inutilisable car en mauvaise etat, Demande de geste commercial au propriétaire refusée ! Piscine de copropriété fermée pendant 5 jours ( le propriétaire nous accuse que c est de notre faute alors qu un incident grave est survenu) les voisins ( amis de propriétaire) nous surveillait ( photo envoyé, etc...) je ne recommande pas du tout cette location que ce soit entre amis ou famille !

Well where do I start , I replaced the fridge he said never worked with one from carrefour it said 2 day delivery, once ordered it went up to 11 days so I paid for a second fridge which was delivered next day ! Fridge taken was then tested and in fact the rental had not worked out how to turn the temperature down !! Fridge was working fine. He used the washing machine on many occasions then on day 8 of rental sent a message saying it was broken, I replaced the next day even tho he had clearly been using it all week as he had messaged to say exactly that. He had 10 people starting in my villa when the booking was for less people. Every time they left the villa all day and night all lights left on, for the full 2 weeks . They used the pool all day and evening on the 1st Thursday of there stay . The president and other owners emailed and called because this guy’s family child had excrement in the pool and the family just left it without cleaning it up ! The pool was shut until the Tuesday.. 4 days with no pool ! They left the villa at the end of rental, my cleaner went in the following day to find food on plates left everywhere and all lights inside and out left on, and all fans in the property left on. Do not at any risk take this family in your accommodation they are dirty dirty people
