Enjoy a relaxed coastal getaway at this charming 3-bedroom holiday home in Orihuela Costa, perfect for up to 6 guests. Located in the peaceful Bosque de las Lomas II complex, this two-level retreat offers comfort, convenience, and access to three shared swimming pools.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee pad machine, combination microwave, and fridge-freezer. The cozy living/dining area includes satellite TV (with Dutch channels), a DVD and CD player, and air conditioning. One bedroom with twin beds and a guest toilet complete the level. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms one with a double bed and balcony, and another with twin beds both with air conditioning. The full bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. Step outside to your private terrace or enjoy the shared garden space. With WiFi, on-site parking, and proximity to beaches (5 km), shops (1 km), restaurants (1.5 km), and nightlife, this home is a great base for exploring Costa Blanca.

Wir sind in der Bellvilla gut aufgenommen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Für den von Ihnen bezahlten Preis finden wir jedoch die Haushaltswaren und die Textilien (Hand- und Küchentücher) veraltet. Es gibt einige Dinge im Haus, die erneuert und erfrischt werden müssen. Das Schwimmbad im Gemeinschaftsgarten war sehr schön und wir haben es sehr genossen. Schöner und gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Bewohner haben jedoch gemurrt, dass wir auf "ihren" Bänken saßen. Der Tipp ist, dass diesbezüglich eine klare Kommunikation besteht. Ich denke, ich kann in einem Gemeinschaftsgarten auf allen Bänken im Garten sitzen. Wir finden, es ist ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen. Mehrere schöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein tolles großes Einkaufszentrum, in dem man alles machen kann.
