Villa Maussac is a spacious and charming holiday home for 13 people, located in the Lot-et-Garonne region of southern France. The property sits on 1.1 hectares of land, offering complete privacy and tranquility. The brand-new private swimming pool (completed in 2025 – more photos to come) completes the picture. Thanks to the thick walls and air conditioning in some of the bedrooms, the house stays pleasantly cool even during the summer. This holiday home is ideal for families or several couples. It is nestled in an oasis of space and peace, surrounded by fields and forests, with stunning views of the rolling countryside. Wonderfully quiet, yet with plenty to explore in the area.

Interior
The villa features a cosy living room with a wood burner, large flat-screen TV and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking a joy. On the ground floor, there's a bathroom with two showers and a bathtub, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are five bedrooms, including a family suite with en-suite bathroom. Other rooms include double and single beds, plus a baby cot. Two more modern bathrooms and a separate toilet are also available.

Exterior
Maussac is surrounded by fields and forests, offering stunning views and abundant nature. Outside, you'll find a new private pool (9 x 4.5 m), a sun terrace with loungers, parasols, a large BBQ and a dining area. Children can enjoy the trampoline or take one of the available bikes. Wildlife lovers will enjoy spotting deer, birds of prey, and owls.

Surroundings
Explore charming bastide villages like Villeréal, Castillonnès and Pujols, known for their markets and cafés. The region offers great opportunities for hiking, cycling, horse riding and water sports.

A discreet Belgium caretaker couple lives at the back of the property (in a separate home) and is available in case of emergencies – your privacy is guaranteed.
