VILLA SIRENA - Six Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 12

A beautiful private Villa recently restored, situated inside the pinewood of Roccamare, private mediterranean area near the beach and at only 2 kms from Castiglion della Pescaia centre. The villa is ideally suitable for outdoor living and  is located on the ground floor with patio doors opening onto the front terraces that covers an area of approx 2500 sqm.
The beach can be easily reached by feet in some minutes walking.
This summer house consists of 6 bedrooms   (2 of which on the down level) and  6 bathrooms. There is a modern living, dining room area that opens on the outdoor terraces equipped with sofas and dining table. A full equipped kitchen comes with oven , fridge / freezer, dishwasher , gas fires Laundry area with washing machine and ironing.
Guests of the villa have their own private beach hut with table and chairs and a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). Access to this area is not allowed to outsiders.
The villa is surrounded by a private park, equipped with a seating area and there are three private covered parkings available.
Roccamare has a nice sandy beach where you can walk and a beach with crystal clear water. Around the area there are all kinds of entertainment for children and adults, tennis courts, bars and restaurants. From the exclusive pine forest of the villa, there is a bike path that leads to the village.
