About this property

Lovely Villa in the exclusive Pinewood of Roccamare

Our lovely house is located in the amazing and exclusive pinewood called “Roccamare” very close to one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches of Tuscany. The house is surrounded by a wide garden equipped with a gazebo, an outdoor dining table, sofa and a gas barbecue.
A 3 car carport and 6 bicycles are available for our guests.
The beach can be easily reached either by bicycle (5 minutes ride), by walk (10 minutes) or by car in a few minutes without any parking problem.
The house is equipped with its own private bathing shed and hut straight on the beach where you can enjoy the warm sun of Maremma and chill out on the 3 loungers we put at our guests’ disposal.
The access to the pinewood is strictly kept under surveillance 24 hours a day and only house owners and their guests are admitted.

Nearly summer middle of octobet

We enjoyed a lovely time in Cecilia‘s nice house under pines close to the beach. The house yard is fenced in which allows to leave the dog roam free. The house itself is not new but well maintained and everything is working well. The bathrooms obviously had been renewed once since the house has been built. The inside of the house has a very friendly and familiar character, easy to feel well and welcome there. Cecilia did a very good job. She precisely answered our questions before the stay and when we arrived she welcomed us warmly, giving us a lot of information also aside the house itself, recommendations concerning restaurants, places to visit etc. We fully enjoyed our stay in Cecilia's house and we would like to come again. Thanks again to Cecilia :)

Das Haus ist charmant und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Bäder wurden renoviert und sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist eine extrem herzliche und freundliche Dame, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und einem jeden Extrawunsch erfüllt. Wir bekamen auch super Tipps zum Einkaufen, Aktivitäten und zum Essen gehen. Der Strand ist sauber und ruhig (erste Septemberwoche). Man kann seine Sachen in einer kleinen Hütte am Strand lagern und hat auch eine Privatplatz. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Una bellissima settimana. La casa di Cecilia e' spaziosa , accogliente e molto ben organizzata ed accessoriata. Il giardino e' molto verde e ben curato. La proprieta' e' immersa in una pineta privata con spiaggia bellissima e rara lontana dal caos. Tutto risponde alla descrizione.Ceclia ci ha accolto spiegandoci tutto ed e' sempre rimasta a disposizione con estrema descrizione. Torneremo.

Einer traumhaften Unterkunft in der Toskana

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unvergesslich. Der Zugang zur Pineta, die nur aus Villen besteht, erfolgt durch eine Schranke und eine Pförtnerloge, die rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. Der Wächter stand uns 24 Stunden am Tag für alle Eventualitäten zur Verfügung und sorgte für ein Gefühl der Sicherheit und des Komforts. Die Villa selbst war bezaubernd, makellos sauber, bestens organisiert und mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Vom schnellen WLAN über Fernsehsender in deutscher Sprache bis hin zu einer Geschirrspülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine - es fehlte uns an nichts. Der großzügige Garten lud mit einem Esstisch im Freien, einem Grill und einer gemütlichen Sitzecke zum Verweilen ein. Besonders angenehm war die komfortable Außendusche mit warmem Wasser, ideal um sich nach einem Strandtag vom Sand zu befreien. Zu unserer Freude standen uns vier Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen wir in wenigen Minuten den Strand durch die malerische Pineta erreichen konnten. In etwa einer Viertelstunde erreichten wir mit den Fahrrädern auch das charmante Städtchen Castiglione della Pescaia. Am Strand hatten wir eine eigene kleine Oase: Ein privater Unterstand, vier Sonnenliegen und eine Hütte, in der wir unsere Handtücher und die Spielsachen der Kinder sicher verstauen konnten. Wir haben die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Ein wahres Paradies, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Sauberkeit nicht nach unseren Ansprüchen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der Unterkunft empfangen. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war für uns nicht ausreichend. Die 3 Schlafzimmer liegen im Keller der sehr feucht und sehr muffig war. Die ganze Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und für 8 Personen doch sehr beengt. Für diesen Preis haben wir uns etwas anderes erwartet. Preis Leistung ist für und nicht gegeben.

Soggiorno molto piacevole!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia + il nostro pastore maremmano dal 5 al 12/9 e devo dire che tutto è andato splendidamente. La signora Cecilia è una host molto attenta e allo stesso tempo molto discreta, la location è buonissima, all'insegna del relax. Spiaggia...praticamente privata, ben tenuta., con lettini e sedie come descritto nell'annuncio. Il giardino è favoloso, la quiete della pineta top! Se devo fare un unico appunto riguarda le piccole manutenzioni che andrebbero attenzionate maggiormente. Tornerremo sicuramente! Barbara

Traumobjekt zum Entspannen

Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger Lage; nicht weit vom Meer. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß durch einen schönen Pinienwald . Der Strand ist traumschön-ruhig, sauber .... Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen - für uns genau die richtige Größe. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub; wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub in einer Traumumgebung

Wir haben Mitte Juni 8 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus in der Pineta di Roccamare verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafräume deren Kühle in heissen Nächten besonders angenehm ist. Der Garten und die Lage, eingebettet in der Pineta sind etwas ganz besonderes. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Mit den Fahrrädern gelangt man schnell innerhalb der weitläufigen geschlossenen Anlage zum Strand. Dort gibt es zwei Sonnenliegen und einen schattenspendenden Unterstand gegen die Mittsgshitze. Das Meer geht lange flach rein so dass darin auch Kinder ihren Spass haben können. Die Pineta di Roccamare ist eine exklusive gated community mit großen Grundstücken und Luxusvillen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war nur wochenends mehr los, sonst ist es eher ruhig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Cecilia hat uns nach vorheriger telefonischer Absprache am Tor empfangen und zum Haus begleitet und dort alle Räume gezeigt. Sie stand auch sonst gerne für weitere Auskünfte jederzeit zur Verfügung und erkundigte sich ob wir uns wohlfühlen - eine perfekte Gastgeberin. 5 Sterne hat dieses Objekt verdient. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal. Ciao!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man sehr schnell am sauberen Strand. Einzig die Mücken mussten vertrieben werden. Uns, einer Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern, hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Für uns und unseren beiden Kindern (3Jahre und 8Monate) hat es sehr gefallen. Es war genug Platz (wir hatten auch die Oma und den Onkel mit dabei), der Strand war sauber und das Wasser wunderschön. Die Anlage selbst ist in dem Pinienwald sehr schön gelegen und sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad war der Weg zum Strand kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war völlig problemlos. Das Haus enhält jegliches Equipment (Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten, Sonnenliegen am Strand usw.) Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!! Vielen herzlichen Dank!!

Schönes Haus mitten im Pinienwald

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Umschwung. Das Meer bzw. der Strand ist in 3-5 Minuten mit den Fahrrädern, welche das Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt, erreichbar. Dort gibt es einen kleinen "Schopf" mit Liegestühlen und man kann auch eigene Sachen da deponieren. Ausserdem ein Schattendach aus Bambus, welches zum Ferienhaus gehört. Das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet, Küche voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspühler etc.), eher klein aber völlig ausreichend. Moderne Einrichtung, v.a. auch im unteren Stock. Auch für kleinere Kinder gut (Fahrradsitz vorhanden, Treppe durch ein Gitter gesichert etc.) Durch den Pinienwald ist es schön kühl und ein angenehmes "Lüftchen" weht ab und zu. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus wärmstens weiter!

Perfect holidays in the Pineta of Roccamare

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 2 weeks in this cozy and very well equipped apartment. The house was spotless clean and the infrastructure including the 6(!) bicycles were in perfect condition. The beach is very close (3 min by bike) and the little beach shack was ideal for storing our windsurf equipment. All in all we would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely holiday apartment especially for families.

la casa molto bella è ben attrezzata e immersa nella meravigliosa pineta , la spiaggia è raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti con le biciclette messe a disposizione, le proprietarie sono molto gentili e la vacanza è stata stupenda.
