Nice flat with a big sunny terrace, in the near of a wonderful nature, quite, less tourists at winter time. The owner, Ole Bernhard shows kindly hospitality and care with the kindly help of Rafael for his guests. Maybe I will have the chance to come again. I would like it very much.

Excellent well-equipped apartment as base to explore the coast and region
Very comfortable for the 2 of us with our dog. Everything we needed for a good stay was there. Nice, south-facing terrace for daytime sunshine. We enjoyed our first week and decided to extend for a second week. The heaters were helpful for the time in winter when it was a bit cold. The room with a desk was perfect for homeoffice and the internet was good enough for video-calls. The location was quiet and a good base for walks with our dog into the coastal park and also a good base for our cycling training throughout the region. Happy to recommend to others and we would be happy to stay again if back in the region.
Superb all round -Cleanliness 100% and facilities -Everything you need -With a Dog its great as there 2 walking parks just 20 meters left and right of the house and a 20 minute walk or mins by car the choice of 2 beaches --security with secure surround on the Patio also --There is a dog agilty park 5 mins also however i suggest using when empty as Locals quite rightly meet a couple of times a day with a few dogs --but how nice to have this --you listening Local Uk Councils ? Restaurant choice and Bars limited hwever a night out should be taken in San edro Port front as there lots of choices -Host was brill with very quick problem solving and response --:)))
We spent 7 weeks here and did feel quite at home. It worked well for 2 of us plus dog, with 1 of the bedrooms used to work from. Due to the layout of these apartments I would struggle with larger family for a longer period - kitchen is workable but small.
Outside space though as long as weather allows (which to be fair is most of the time!) is spacious and sunny.
Communication good, we didn't need any assistance from property manager during our stay.
If anything could improve this apartment - having bycicles would be a great addition!

Buenos colchones excepto uno, el de la cama mueble
Excepto eso, la cafetera italiana no sirve, hay que hacer café en cápsulas. La lavadora-secadora no tiene libro de programación pero que sepan que lavar y secar normal son 6 horas y media. Sería mejor si sofá y sillones tuvieran fundas lavables. Por lo demás ningún problema. La pena es que no pudimos utilizar la piscina debido a las normas sanitarias actuales

Lavadora-Secadora: tiene manual, por favor pregunatar cuando estan en el piso - entonces podemos solucionar rapidamente.
Se puede lavar más rápido.
Piscina ahora esta abierta.
Vamos a pensar fundas lavable. Es que esto es un piso de vivir, no solo un piso de alquilar.
Prefiero el restaurante indo, es muy agreable.
