Apartment with sea view - Tarquinia Lido
Independent apartment with garden and parking space in independent villa. 1 floor 40 meters from the sea, 50 square meters, finished, kitchenette complete with everything needed for cooking, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 2 beds in the living room. 2 terraces, one of which is sheltered and one with sea view. Present conditioner, mosquito nets in all doors and windows. New washing machine and large outdoor shower (also hot water). In the bedroom there are brand new mattress and pillows just bought. Very large wardrobe. Pets are not allowed. Independent garden, (only a small part is shared, only the part of the parking space) with gravel and anti-algae cloth + a brick part where it is possible to eat where there is also a washing machine and outdoor shower with hot water.
