Please note: An Extensive Exterior Restoration Project will begin in late October 2025. During this time, guests and residents can expect the presence of construction crews, scaffolding, noise, and dust. The project is anticipated to be completed by late May 2026.

Sneak away to the beaches of Northwest Florida and choose Sans Souci 505, a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom Pensacola Beach, Florida condo rental. Offering uninterrupted views of the Gulf and white sand beach, this spacious vacation rental will delight up to four guests.

Enter the condo to glimpse views of the beach through the balcony doors, just passed your fully equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room. Take in the sunrise or sunset from your balcony before heading back in to check out the primary retreat, which offers a king bed. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room.

Relax and enjoy long days filled with sunshine as you recline by the community pool. Or feel your cares melt away as you sink down into the community hot tub. The best place to relax, however, is on the white sand beach! Take the boardwalk to lounge in the sun or splash in the emerald waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Sans Souci is great!

We love staying at Sans Souci - the location is fantastic with easy beach access, a convenience store just across the street, and not far from the boardwalk and restaurants. The particular condo was clean as just as advertised. We had a wonderful week!

The property was located away from the hussle and bussle and the best eating was Just across the street ( Peg Leg Pete’s). Really no need to drive anywhere after we Arrived.and there is a free shuttle to other close by dining, shopping or activities. The beach was awesome!

Cozy Stay

A cozy condo with awesome beach views. Comfortable furniture, and I have stayed in other condos here but what a wonderful surprise, the bedroom has a floor to ceiling window with a gourgeous beach view! Great location. Delicous restaurant Peg Leg Pete's across the street with a little store next door with everything. Had a great time.

Great Location

This was our second stay at Sam’s Souci in a different unit with a different rental agency. The location can’t be beat, overlooking the beach from your balcony and seeing sunset and sunrises! But the condo was also very clean, well stocked and efficient. Southern Vacation Rentals was great to work with, very responsive to an issue we had on the first day with the keypad for entry. Then pro-active after that via texts asking how everything was going and reminding us if checkout process and time. Very impressive!

Perfect beach view on 5th story balcony. You can walk straight onto the beach. There is a pool and hot tub! All was clean; with plenty of room. It was me (1 adult) 2 pre-teens that stayed.

Easy walk to the sand!

This condo's location is directly on the beach with a very short walk to the sand. Beautiful view of the emerald waters. We stayed in July during the Blue Angels show and even then it was not overly crowded. Across the street from a great restaurant. Updated floors and comfortable bed. We were very pleased with this unit!

June Birthday Vacay

We love the location of this property. This is our second year in a row to stay at Sans Sauci, first time in this particular condo. We had a couple of hiccups with the front door and internet but both were resolved amazingly quick by the property manager and maintenance. The condo was very clean and other than regular wear/tear has been well maintained.

Location!

The condo was just right for this trip! It was in a perfect location with a beautiful beach view! We saw gorgeous sunrises, heard the sound of the waves all week and was such a short drive to Ft. Pickens! The condo could use a little love, although very clean. We were not provided beach chairs or an umbrella, which I feel is a necessary amenity for a beach condo. We would have had to pay 50 a day to rent them unless we purchased our own. The hotel management claimed to have not found belongings that were left there, which I felt was very dishonest as well.

decent room/small bed

We love staying at Sans Soucci. We will probably not choose 505 again due to no bedding for the pull out sofa was provided. When I text management I was told they do not provide blankets. Other than that the stay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked.
