Cozy apartment in the city center. Francos VII
Francos VII is a high quality apartment, located in a renovated building in Francos Street, in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, behind the City Hall of Seville. It has one bedroom and is very bright but quiet throughout the day.
Upon entering we find an open space composed of a living room and a kitchen. The living room has been decorated in detail with quality elements and also has a double sofa bed of 1.40 x, 1.90, giving the apartment a maximum capacity of up to 4 people. The kitchen, open to the living room but with a differentiated area, is practical and fully equipped.
Accessing through the living room we find a large bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and a bathroom en suite with shower.
The area of the apartment is unbeatable. The Francos street is a pedestrian street, although very commercial, and therefore full of life during the day. At night it is very quiet because there are no cocktail bars or discos in the area.
Very close to the apartment you can find numerous tapas bars, typical restaurants in Seville, brand stores and other smaller shops. In addition, a few meters from the apartment is the City Hall of Seville, the Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, the Giralda and other monuments and tourist areas of the city.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
