Set in a stunning coastal location, overlooking Nefyn Bay, this pet friendly property forms part of an attractive collection of converted Welsh stone cottages situated around a shared central courtyard.
Wander the beautiful meadows and fields, and soak up the incredible sea views, this property offers you the chance to escape to a tranquil, coastal hideaway that is conveniently located within striking distance of some of the most renowned tourist attractions, charming harbour villages and beautiful beaches in North Wales-you'll be spoilt for choice by the range of activities on offer locally!
The property has a front patio, offering views onto the landscaped courtyard, whilst to the rear, the private elevated decked patio is a sun trap! On a summers evening you can sit, relax and watch the sun drop into the vast blue sea or watch the little ones play in the adjoining meadow-there is lots of open space for everyone to enjoy.
Internally, the property features contemporary standards of design yet retains rustic features including exposed beams and solid timber flooring throughout. The sun-filled open plan layout, includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen (complete with sea views from the sink!), dining area and comfortable lounge, with an electric wall mounted fire and television.
