Green Acre has been carefully presented throughout with comfort in mind featuring a large open plan living space, well-appointed kitchen with all the modern amenities and tastefully presented bedrooms. There are lots of thoughtful welcoming touches added throughout such as a football table and a traditional wood burner to provide ultimate relaxation. There are uninterrupted views of the River Teifi which can be enjoyed from every room. Outside, the large lawned garden with fruit trees to rear, and a raised terrace area to the front, overlooking the glistening River, located just 100 yards away from the property, completes the picture providing the perfect place to kick back and unwind following a busy day exploring.
From the edge of your doorstep the uninterrupted views and scenic walks along the river are endless, to the left you’ll find the meandering coastal path to Poppit Sands and its golden beach, or stroll in the other direction into the village where two traditional Welsh pubs, art gallery and an imposing 12th-century abbey await discovery, or continue onwards to Cardigan and indulge amongst the eclectic gift shops, independent cafés and restaurants and historic castle on offer. The choice is yours.
Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion are both within easy reach and are considered as places of discovery, from coastal splendour to rural calm, with pretty postcard villages, bustling market towns and magnificent beaches. There’s plenty to do and many places to go, whether you choose to explore by foot, cycle and car or even by boat.
