About this property
Well located, welcoming place in Farnham
A two bedroom top floor apartment in Farnham offering attractive, quality and convenient accommodation on a self catering basis.
- Well located very near the town centre near the supermarkets, bus stops.
- 10 minutes walk distance to the train station.
- Farnham Park, Farnham Hospital and Farnham Castle are within easy reach of the flat.
- Very close to Premier Inn and opposite the Albion Pub.
As a visitor, the most important aspect of a vacation accommodation regardless of whether you are travelling for business or pleasure is the location. How close the accommodation is to the town centre, important venues, local shops and supermarkets, train station, bus stops, main roads are all key factors. Farnham Flat offers it all; Farnham Park, Farnham Castle, Farnham Hospital, the train station (ten minutes’ walk), bus stops (just across the street), Farnham Maltings and so many other desirable places are within either a few minutes walking distance or a few minutes driving.
Of course, after a convenient location comes the comfort factor in choosing a place. Two bedrooms, one double one single can accommodate three persons comfortably. The double bedroom has a double bed, a build in wardrobe, a side table and a chair and overlooks the residential car park at the back. The single bedroom has a single bed and a build in wardrobe with a side table and a chair and overlooks the street.
Guests will be pleased to know that parking is free and there is free wireless internet.
Supermarkets; Sainsburys in Water Lane, Lidl, Waitrose, small Sainsburys in town are all in walking distance. Also, a convenience shop and petrol station in Hale road for emergency late night shopping is ideal. Albion Pub just across the road offers all that important after work essential wind down time. Both Albion Pub as well as the Beefeater Restaurant in Premier Inn, Shepherds and Flock round about pub all offer fantastic food if you wish to drink or eat out.
Naturally eating out can prove expensive in the long run. Farnham Flat offers a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare light meals. Cutlery, crockery and saucepans are all provided.
Towels and toiletries; toilet paper, shower gel, soap, dishwasher liquid, cleaning pads are included in the tariff. Of course, tea, coffee and sugar, salt & pepper are also available. These little additions, can make a big difference in the enjoyment factor of a place and we aim to make it as easy and welcoming as possible.
The flat is located on the top floor. Unfortunately, this prevents us receiving guests who are wheel chair bound. There are no escalators.
