A charming country escape within easy reach of London. The rustic oak barn is romantic, cosy and filled with the scent of flowers from the garden. Located in beautiful countryside with miles of footpaths from the garden gate - within 2 minutes walk of The White Horse, the best gastro-pub in the region. Set in our beautiful landscaped garden, the Barn is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - perfect for exploring the Surrey Hills and West Sussex.
The space
The Barn is a traditional open plan, queen-post oak frame with exposed beams. It is very light and airy, full of character and comfortable.

The property is designed for couples or solo guests and is well equipped with a king-size bed, kitchen table, wall mounted TV, free Wi-Fi & on-demand TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a fridge freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, high quality bed linen and towels, crockery and cutlery.

The Barn has a gallery accessed via a ladder, so is not suitable for children or non-agile adults. Similarly, access to the barn involves steps.

The Barn is adjacent to the house but has its own outside seating area. Guests are welcome to use our grounds, including the croquet lawn and our 13 acre meadow which is perfect for picnics and outdoor relaxation. Please be aware you may come across us and our dogs, cat and chickens in the garden.

We provide a complimentary breakfast of granola, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread, butter and homemade jam.
